We got an inspection from this company. We were told that the roof was good and only 5-8 years old. When our contractors started working they found black mold on the wall caused by a leak in the roof. Upon further inspection from our contractors, our roof was in terrible condition and beyond repair. Even stepping on it you can tell the wood under the shingles is bad. We are now paying for a new roof we were told we didn’t need. This all tells me the inspector did not even step foot on the roof. Just glanced and gave his best guess. I am FURIOUS. I was told someone would be reaching out to be and believe me if they don’t i will call every day until i am Refunded my money. I believe may even seek legal action. This is ridiculous.

Inspection was on time and report quick. Problem was that 6 weeks after inspection my whole AC/heating system replaced after inspector told me it was in great shape and should last at least 5 more years. They have 90 day warranty but there are so many loopholes and so much legalese that you won't receive a penny if they mess up. Essentially they missed the obvious, caused me huge bills, and then deny they made any mistake. There is a money-back guarantee, but it is not a full refund. BEWARE

Great. Inspector Tim Lawson was awesome! He was very patient, answered all my questions and gave me some very valuable pointers. I'm not purchasing a home but needed advice on how to proceed with repairs and improvements. Tim's report outlines with easy to understand language and pictures exactly what I need to do. Well worth the money.

Due to lack of communication or more to the point poor communication, I would not recommend using this company.

Rob did a great job. He arrived 10 minutes early which was when I got there to make sure he didn't have to wait on me. I already had a pretty good idea that there wasn't anything major he would find but he did point out a number of smaller issues. He was very informative and personable. The only issue we did have was that he wasn't sure how to get the emergency heat on to test it. I can't really fault him for this with the vast number/types of thermostats on the market. The one in this home was all digital and linked to their cell service.... Yeah I'm gonna need a manual. All in all I was very pleased!

I will use Larry from BPG from now on and will continue to recommend him. I feel he goes above and beyond. No complaints about his service at all.

This company performed my home inspection in 2013, and I recommended them to my parents in 2015. In both cases, the reports were thorough, the communications with the office went smoothly, and the inspectors were happy to answer our questions.

They missed many defects in the house. I was not happy with them. They found no pin holes in the gutters but they did not notice that the gutters were not angled correctly. There were mould issues as well. I would not recommend them at all. They did a lousy job.

It was good and reasonably priced. They found a couple of three things that had to be fixed. They were efficient and thorough. You will not regret when you use them.

It went alright. There were two things that he didn't actually do. I thought he did a really good job. But I found later that apparently property inspection generally includes the option of termite inspection. There were two things that I found out later can be part of property inspection, which I would have liked to have had. But I didn't know. I've never done this before and I was never offered. One of those things was a termite inspection. Now, that I've bought the property I think, "Oh gosh, it would have been nice to have had that termite inspection. Now I would know I didn't have termites." But that was not something that was ever discussed and offered to me and was also not completed. But otherwise, I thought he did a great job.

They did a good job except on two big items that they missed. They missed a sliding door in the back that had wood rot so it was not listed. We had to replace that door. The other thing was there was a bay window bench in the kitchen that also had wood rot. There was a cushion on top of the bench and apparently he did not lift that up to look when he checked that window. We had to have that little bench piece replaced.

It all went perfectly. They did their job on time and did it well.

They were excellent. I'm very pleased with them. It was pretty reasonable. Responsiveness was very good.

It was wonderful and very good. He seemed to be very thorough. It was fine. I didn't have any complaints at all. The seller paid for the inspection. He was very professional. We wanted it done on a certain day at a certain time and he was able to do that.

Inspection went very well. Rob covered everything and explained as he went what was minor and what needed to be taken care of. He talked throughout the whole inspection.

The guy who came was very very professional. He was also very honest. Because If we had a water leak, which was the suspicion of our attorney, we need to know about it. So, he went underneath the house and took pictures. He spent a lot of time explaining everything what he was doing. He then said that we never had a water leak, instead, it was how the floor was installed that caused the problem. I will definitely recommend the company. they were on top of everything. They were very thorough in sending the report and they were very timely.
