I was unable to lock my mahogany wood front doors. I was unable to get the deadbolt to correctly get into the strike plate. Thus, I had a unlocked front door. I called A-Access and Teddy came by the next morning to check the lock. The deadbolt was striking the top of the strike plate because the stationary door settled a bit. Teddy shaved the top edge of the strike plate and then the lock worked perfectly. I'm glad I called right away as I may have damaged the locking system by forcing the key to turn. Teddy is a very nice man and very professional.

Their price was half of what a different contractor had quoted and they were very timely.

I called a number of places on Angies and they told me they couldn't give me a time when they could get to me and that it would probably be at least 5 to 7 hours. When I called A=Acess Lock and Key, Teddy Poulos answered and expressed concern for my situation. He said he had a customer scheduled for lock work, but that he would call tem a see if the would mid a short delay. He called me back in 2 minutes and said he could be at my place in about 10-15 mi\inutes. He arrived in 10 and opened my locked door in about 90 seconds. He was very cuteous and professional and I was impressed with his customer oriented approach and the excellent job he did. If I ever need a locksmith again. I will definitely use him.

Ted himself called at around 10 am (I had messaged him through Angie's list the night before). I explained the situation, and that I had already bought a replacement lock that was re-keyed to fit the existing knob & deadbolt. Ted arrived around 10:30, got the old lock out and the new one installed quickly, and also tightened the knob on a nearby door before leaving. He had quoted me a price of $120 over the phone, but only charged $115.

Ted was very helpful. He walked me through the issue over the phone and saved me a $100 service call. Most folks would have came over and done the 30 second project to make the quick $100, but he was honest and generous enough to walk me through the troubleshooting over the phone. This man deserves your business. If I have any locksmith needs in the future, he is 100% my guy! Thank you, Ted!

It didn't go. Never got a return call. I guess they just didn't want my business. Would not recommend.

I called Ted on Monday and explained what I needed to do, he told me what to send him pictures of the old lock and from that he was able to explain what to buy from Lowe's I picked up the parts, called him back and got an appointment for 9-11 the next day. He showed up at 9:20, completed all the work, explained everything I needed to know on the new lock, and even adjusted all the doors for me so they closed better. He cleaned up after himself, and left at 11 am, and the whole time he worked he was pleasant and answered questions, and made sure my indoor cat did not decide to go tour the neighborhood. Great job overall!

I highly recommend this company. I called A-Access Lock & Key yesterday and Ted was able to come to my home today to update 5 locks and make extra keys. He was friendly, professional, and on time. He pointed out one of our doors had a lock that was sticking, so he moved it from the door we use more often to a door we rarely use. He did a great job and I would definitely use his company again.

Called them for a lock rekeying the day before, and they were very flexible in arranging an appointment time that worked for us. He also adjusted the lock to make the whole thing work more smoothly and better connect with the mechanism. He called ahead and showed up on time, very pleasant to deal with, completed the work quickly and satisfactorily. I thought the price was very reasonable. I would certainly use them again if I had a need.

Ted was able to come right out the same morning I called him. He showed up on time, and was very friendly and professional. He explained the locks to me, didn't try to up-sell me on anything, and performed the services in a reasonable time, for the price he had quoted me. Our locks were definitely not the easiest to figure out, but he spent the extra time to make sure everything was working correctly on the same key. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

Teddy arrived at our home, looked at the large box of hardware we had waiting, and took it all in at a glance. A few hours later he'd completed installing and rekeying all of the knobs and deadbolts while providing useful requested advice. While Teddy's services may not have been the cheapest who wants to pay a low bidder to perform skilled work to secure a residence? He was referred to me by another locksmith for whom the work was too challenging. Teddy completed the entire install as requested and even a bit more I added on after he completed without complaint. Very nice guy and he does beautiful work. When my wife returned and reviewed the installations she was thoroughly pleased, too.

Ted informed me he doesn't cut the kind of key that I needed, but referred me to someone else who could help me for a fraction of what the dealership wanted. Found out that Ted is actually some one I had known a while back and lost touch with. He's got tremendous integrity, and does good work for a fair price. I highly recommend him!

Ted was great! Arrived when he said he would, was courteous and professional and in 25 minutes I had 8 re-keys done on several doors and four duplicate keys total. Highly recommended. Thanks Ted!
