+ -1 moreIt went extremely well. We are under a lot of stress and dealing with Skip helped relieve some of the stress we are dealing with. He is very level headed. I would recommened him highly to anyone who needs a home inspection done. His price was very reasonable. We have moved before and paid for home inspections before and his inspection price was right in line with what we paid before.
Description of Work: Skip did performed a home inspection for us. He is extremely professional, but very level headed and doesn't call out items that he doesn't deem necessary. He will let you know when his knowledge is beyond the scope of a certain area and who you can contact to get a get a good professional called in to check out that issue. He is wonderful to deal with, and will speak to both the husband and the wife and answer any concerns that you may have.
