Awesome! Easy to request service online, very quick, and professional. Everyone was super responsive from start to finish. Rafael, the foreman, was friendly and kept me informed all along. The price was unbeatable! I had two painters cancel on me before calling them - it was a blessing in disguise! Paintzen beat their prices and were way easier to work with. Will recommend to all of my friends and family!

The two man team was punctual, carefully prepped and covered the area. The completed almost 1,000 square feet of painting in about 6 hours and did excellent work. They were in and out of the house with zero hassle!

The entire process was smooth and easy! From booking to completion it was a great experience. The painter, Kurt Anthony, was hardworking and did an amazing job. I could not be happier.

It was great- Paintzen were super organized with insurance documentation and helped me get all the forms I needed to show my building management with no problem. It was a huge help and the painting looks perfect.

I would recommend these painters for their prompt response, reliability, professionalism, and overall job performance. I had hired someone I knew well, cleared out the room, and was in a minor jam as due to an unavoidable family circumstance, I learned late Sunday night that the job was going to be postponed. I contacted Paintzen, and they stepped up to plate. The job was finished on schedule, beautifully executed, and the price was less than I had expected to pay for such quality of work. Thank you.

First off: Jared and Greg in the office made this entire experience wonderful. They are quick to respond to phone calls or e-mails, and very accommodating. 5-star customer service!!! First crew was unfamiliar with the paint (farrow and ball) and didn't use the primer until asked to. Foreman had outsourced physical work to a crew while he was busy texting. They left after priming some but not all surfaces since they apparently weren't contracted to do so. PaintZen didn't charge me extra for the priming. The second crew was wonderful and did an awesome job. PaintZen followed up after the job to ask if everything was done to my satisfaction. There were minor adjustments to be made and an additional door to be primed and painted and they came promptly back to do that. No pain on any door knobs or light fixtures, no dirt left behind.

It went very well, the painter showed up on time (a little early, in fact) with all the supplies he needed and did a great job on the walls. He made sure to ask specific questions about which sections to paint and which to avoid (window trim, baseboard moulding that had wall color on it, etc.), and once he was done he made sure that I looked over everything to check for any imperfections that needed another coat. My walls look great!

The painters were on time, very polite, and very efficient. The paint job came out perfectly, not to mention the prices were extremely reasonable! I'm so happy with the way my living room and bedroom look and would definitely recommend PaintZen, as well as hire them again in the future.

It was great. A friend had recommended the service because it was all online and since everyone in my house works all day it would have been a pain to have a bunch of painters come by to give us estimates. The price seemed good enough but the work was done really well. Very few drips if any and the painters were very kind and seemed trustworthy - I had no problem letting them work in our house while I was at work. I was a little nervous that the price I was given was going to be the final price, but it was. I couldn't get the price for the water damage repair online so the painters had to help out with that but it wasn't too expensive, and it looks great so it was worth the small add-on price. Would definitely hire again and Paintzen is a good option to have if you want to get everything done quickly without talking to a bunch of painters and going to the paint store

They did an amazing job, wasn't sure what to expect since its a newer service but the results were fabulous. Would definitely hire them again or suggest to friends.

The Paintzen team were incredibly responsive to all of my questions. I was very hesitant in this project since I know absolutely nothing about the industry, but Paintzen made it easy and painless! They were incredibly friendly, worked around my schedule and I couldn't be more thankful. The stress of moving from New York to New Jersey was made easy knowing I had an amazing team helping me along the way with the painting of my living room and kitchen. Would absolutely recommend Paintzen in the future!

The project was done quickly and easily. I worked with a project manager to find a price that worked for me, and they were able to schedule my job prior to my move in (which meant no furniture or anything to work around). It wasn't a very tough job - just painted everything in a fresh coat of white - but it was nice to move into a space that looked freshly painted. The crew was in and out quickly and didn't leave a mess. They also delivered the paint to my apartment before the job which was helpful, since I don't have a car and going to a hardware store would have been tough. Overall it was a good experience. I don't have much to compare it to, I've never hired painters before. But Paintzen was really easy. Plus the price seemed fair for the quality of work done. I probably won't need to paint again soon but whenever I do I'll use Paintzen.

It was extremely easy to book, cheaper than what I was expecting to pay, and the workmanship was perfect. From the moment I booked the job to the finished product, everything was seamless. The customer service rep assigned to me, Meghan, did a great job of making herself available to answer any questions I had throughout the process. The painters arrived at the specified time and were a nice group. Definitely will be using Paintzen again!
