Electrician completed his work and left. The next day, the contractor found connections to be incomplete and called Response...no call back. My contractor completed the work himself. Do not recommend this company as they do not stand by their work.
Description of Work: My contractor used this electrician for the first time to rewire following kitchen soffit removal in a remodel.

I thought the electricians were very good. It took a couple of calls to schedule the work, thus the B grades for responsiveness and punctuality. However, once on site, their electricians promptly added a new circuit to our electric service, added a switch for the circuit next to our patio door, and installed the outdoor power outlet for the waterfall. They were quick and careful in the installation. All basement wiring was neatly installed, primarily using existing holes in the joists along with other electric wiring. They had to fish the wire through an insulated wall, to add the switch by our back door. This was done carefully and neatly. The final installation is indistinguishable from the existing home wiring and fixtures.
Description of Work: I hired Response Electric to add a new circuit and switch for an exterior outlet. This was being added to power and control a pump for a waterfall being added to our patio landscaping.

We have been very disappointed with the quality of the work and the failure to give us what we paid for. 1) The installer broke a light globe after he installed it in front of my husband, then left a note to the builder that the globe arrived broken; 2) We paid >$1000 for a 2d elect. box with breakers- we got the box (cheap), but no additional breakers- the costly part; 3) Light fixture noted to be on an angle-found out that a necessary clip was missing & it would have fallen down in the near future-guess who would have had to buy a new fixture?; 4) Despite being told by the fireplace installer where the fireplace wire needed to be placed & hot wired, a switch was placed across the room & we were charged for the unnec. switch; 5)Fixtures hung in the wrong locations despite being told where they were to be hung; 6) I left candy out of the workers but the elect. man left wrappers on the floor wherever he went throughout the house. 7) Failed to properly put in preventative radon system.
Description of Work: Our homebuilder subcontracted the electric work to Response Elect. All electrical work was to be done by them, including work in addition to what came with the house.
