Our septic system had backed up into the house and because of a pump out system in the laundry area, into the kitchen sink, bathroom sink and toilet. We called at 6:30 in the morning for help from this company and the phone was answered immediately by the owner Jim. He was courteous and offered services by 9:00 am. He and son Dalton arrived promptly at 9:00 in a clean, modern truck. The services were performed quickly and we were assured that the tank was operating successfully, but that the problem was in the line from the house to the septic. He quickly made several phone calls and had a drain company with snake services there within an hour. (Clarks Discount Drain Services). A huge root ball was removed from our line, the process explained thoroughly and our problems were solved by 11:00. I would highly recommend these two companies for any septic or tile problems. Affordable, courteous, very good at explaining all aspects of the system and the maintenance.
