+ -1 moreThe pieces are to short and rain dose NOT run into the gutters. Now rain splashes the front of the house and on steps. They also left off 2 sections of flashing; and charged me for replacing old sheeting(the contract says that they well replace old sheeting). I have tried to call them but they do NOT return my calls.

+ -1 morePrompt estimate (next day after my evening telephone call). Complete, up-front estimate for all materials and labor. Estimate done on a Friday; work performed the following Monday. Job completed in one day - no delays. Site left neat, and clean of any leftover new material, removed old material, or anything else. Work appeared to be well done. No hidden costs, no extra material or labor needed, nor any other deviation from the estimate price. No leaks!
Description of Work: Installed insulation board and full-sheet rubber roofing on the roof of a 10 X 24, low-sloped, previously shingled room of my house, that I had been fighting leaks in.
