If I could give Larry an A++ I would. He was wonderful. Knowledgeable, efficient, personable, responsive, a problem solver & technically superb. He really does exceptional work. With Larry, you never need to worry about how any of it will turn out. The faucets went in perfectly. Then I asked him about replacing a weary old deep sink/cabinet in the laundry room that had leaked & was basically not usable. He came up with the idea of a wall mounted sink which he ordered & installed. A perfect solution. Nice & solid & takes up much less room - nice minimalist look now as well. I would highly recommend Larry.

Exceptional! One of our outside faucets developed a link the Saturday of the Fourth of July Weekend and we were losing a substantial amount of water. Larry immediately returned my call for service and came out made the needed repair on Sunday morning, even though he was dealing with a family situation at the time. We have three other outside faucets and the handles on our master bathroom sink faucets were leaking. Larry returned in a few days and rebuilt the three outside faucets and replaced the faucet cartridges on the sink. Everything was done to our complete satisfaction. Larry is very professional and definitely knows his trade. I would have no hesitancy in recommending Larry to others..

The project went very well. Larry arrived right on time for every appointment. After removing the old shower insert, he discovered there was damage to the floor due to a leaky valve. Instead of simply installing the new shower insert and ignoring the problem, he suggested the flooring should be replaced and provided a reference to someone who could do the job properly. He is very professional and a very nice person as well. We were very satisfied with Larry's work and will definitely use him for all other plumbing related projects in the future.

Wonderful! All the AL reviews about Mr. Scott are true -- he is a jewel! The plumbing work took place over time, on different days (due to drywall work that needed to be done). During the course of work, Mr. Scott went beyond the call of duty frequently, and did so cheerfully (without charging extra: his prices are very reasonable.) So patient, efficient (talented!) and congenial! Without a doubt the best plumbing experience I've had in 20 years (other plumbers were always impatient (in a rush!) making me feel uncomfortable and stressed). I will always be grateful to you Mr. Scott for making this remodeling experience so pleasant/stress free for me. You are the best in your trade, bar none. Thank you!

You won't find a better plumber. Larry is responsive, punctual, professional and quality can't be beat. I even came home to find him vacuuming the stairs just in case there was some debris. We have used Larry for years and wouldn't trust anyone else to handle the plumbing in our homes.

We have used Larry Scott from Master Plumbing since we bought this house nearly two years ago. We had major plumbing issues with this house at the time of moving into it. Mr. Scott is quite knowledgeable about all kinds of plumbing matters. He put us in a new sump pump, changed out many valves in our basement pipes, put in a new basement toilet and mechanical flushing mechanism. Then he went through the remainder of our bathrooms and did what was necessary to make them in top notch working order. With four and one half bathrooms, you need a reliable plumber and Larry Scott is that person for us. Plus being so easy to work with and reasonable, we intend on using him as long as we own this house.

Larry Scott is an excellent person to work with. He is patient, listens to everything you have to say, and works carefully in every way. He is very professional, personable and is never in a hurry to get away. He is punctual and calls back in a timely manner. He called me back quickly and was available the same week. He came in, looked at the issue and diagnosed carefully. He is patient and methodical in his work; we never felt as though he was giving us a run around. I have hired him several times now, and he is my go-to man for any plumbing issue.

Went great. Very personable and professional. Came back to install new faucet after we found the one we wanted. Very flexible and responsive from a timeliness standpoint.

He was great! The pilot light would not stay on on my water heater, so I had no hot water. He replaced the thermocouple, and now it works perfectly.

When I originally called he was very polite on the phone. He told me that he could not schedule me right away due to his busy schedule. My toilet leak was small and his professional manner convinced me to go ahead and schedule an appt. which occurred a few weeks later. It was worth the wait. I had scheduled two other handymen previously who were unable or unwilling to fix my problem. I decided to hire a "Plumber" which I should have in the first place. All in all, there was little muss and fuss and I am happy with the excellent service provided. I will call Larry again if I have a plumbing need to address. I highly recommend this company.

They are excellent. They are professional and prompt. They explained all the pricing to us and we thought it was very fair. They installed on a Saturday with no extra charge. He came back on a Sunday the next day since there was slight a problem on the angle with no extra charge again to fix it and it's been working fine ever since.

The toilet upstairs was leaking water around the base of the toilet and I shut off the water supply and called Larry on Friday afternoon around 4:30pm. I also had been having a problem with the half bath toilet downstairs as well but was still using it. A thick crusty brown firm was around the base of that toilet. I told Larry it was not an emergency as I had two other toilets we could use and if he could come out sometime next week, that would be fine. But he said he may be able to see me tomorrow afternoon because he had other appointments close to my home and that he would call me to confirm. He did in fact call me the next day which was on a Saturday and came over was as able to fix both toilets. He had all the parts he needed to fix both toilets in his truck. Larry was very nice, professional and dependable. I will be calling him in the future for all my plumbing needs.

.I gave Larry all A's for he returned my call within 30 minutes and when he found out all the problems I was having, he came the next day and started the work for me. He was always on time, friendly and completed the job to my satisfaction. He even cleaned up after himself! I highly recommend him.
