None of the doors were finished on the outside! One of the garage doors has gaps at the top and bottom of the door. They left the man door open. They only took part of the material from the doors they tore out. There was always a reason why they didn’t show up when they were supposed to. I have tried to reach Emmanuel Reynolds to see what he is going to do about the garage door not closing all the way and he won’t return my messages. Would never refer them to anyone!

I called to get a FREE estimate on my garage door because of a high pitch squeak and the door would not close all the way. Emanuel came and started working on the door immediately, which surprised me because I thought he was going to tell me what the issue was and give me an estimate. I had to cancel another appointment I had scheduled since he fixed the door by reprograming the garage door opener. I asked about the squeak and he said he didn't have any lubricant in his truck and told me to go to Home Depot and buy a can and take care of the problem myself, even though I had told him over the phone when I made the appointment that I wanted it looked at. I did not get an invoice from him because he said he did not have service and he would send it to me but I still haven't received it from him.

Mr. Emmanuel Reynolds: June 15, 2017, you Billed me $700.00 for Installation of a new Garage Door (16 x 7 Hollow Back) C.H.H, Long Panel, White, Standard Track. Unfortunately, the work you did was FAULTY! 1. The tracks that door rides on are (15 inches) 3 inches to high. (needs to be 12 inches). 2. You didn’t put molding around the door to keep rain, wind and snow out. 3. You did not put the long rod across the inside of the garage door. It is a support rod to secure the aluminum door from buckling and ripping in half, WHICH THE DOOR DID! 4. I had to get a close friend of mine to come out and secure the garage door until you could come. As of TODAY, my garage door is not fix and it is getting worse. 5. You have not called, or came by, or text, and not even sending an EMAIL. For the purpose of letting me know your intentions of repairing your FAULTY WORK! 6. I turn you on to a personal friend, who could elevate your business. But you did her an injustice, too. OK, you finally put her garage door up after 6 months. You had the down payment up front. She had to THREATEN you to get HER BOSSES GARAGE DOOR UP. 7. Today February 13, 2018, my GARAGE DOOR IS STILL NOT FIXED!

Elite Garage Door Systems I would like to talk about my service which was terrible because it never took place. Emmanuel Reynolds came and looked at a garage in July of 2017. He sent over an estimate and then received payment of half down. Emmanuel received payment from my client in the amount of 433.99 which was half down and never installed the garage door and I continued to call and text him and he would never return my calls. Once that took place I contacted the person who referred him to me then he called back and promised (Late) in November the garage door would be install... to this day no door or phone calls.....He just took the money and ran. What ever you do I would not recommend him ......Now I have a city violation due to his dishonestly and deceiving people out of money.
