I'm not sure how this company is set up, but you call John's Garage, and they work with smaller teams. They spent most of the call trying to get me to sign up for the Premier option to have unlimited access to their repair teams, and I said I'd like to wait until I worked with them to see how it went. They missed the first appt and then called at 5 pm to reschedule for the next day and just now called at the end of the day to reschedule for tomorrow....why would I trust them to show up tomorrow. It's also a very confusing system of call people, and no one seems to know what is going on. I think this might be a shell company. Beware!

John was very responsive, easy to contact, and he did a thorough job on the repair of the door. His price is very reasonable, and the quality of the work is excellent.

they didn't contact me after I paid for services. When I called them the said they had been very busy as a result of placing the ad but had intended to contact me. He stated that he was going away for a short vacation and would contact me to do my servicing we he returned in a week but has not.This was paid for before Christmas. Today is 03/01/2017

John was great and got me back operating fully with a few tips for care along the way. I highly recommend his services.

It went ok but he kept saying he would be here then not show up or contact in a timely manner. Some of this had to do with the weather and some of it had to do with him.

It went very well. . . John is not only knowledgeable re: the source of garage door problems, he also knows how to fix them. John is mild mannered, friendly fellow, yet he speaks up clearly and explains what he was going to do, then does it. . .in a timely manner. The door was squeak-free when he left. I was pleased!

John was fantastic and fixed my garage door problem immediately. I called him to schedule an appointment and he was in my area between calls and came over in 10 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem, made some adjustments and fixed the issue. Additionally, he took a look at the overall health of the system and suggested it needed a "tune up" of sorts. I scheduled with him to come back the next day to do this and he arrived promptly, went through the tune up and checking of all the garage components in detail. John definitely knows what he is doing! He is professional, efficient, cost effective and very informative. His transparency, honesty and work ethic makes him a businessman that I would recommend anyone doing work with.

In my home, in last few years several times I had to call for handyman and contractors to do works. However, John would definitely stand out of all. Perfect. John knows what he's doing. He explained spring info in detail ("hows" and "whys" concerning diameter and length equivalents). Will use again in the future.
