They do landscaping and construction. They actually work with our property management company. They come out as soon as we need them and they are very responsive to our community needs. They have really done some things in our community for a much better price than our actual contracted grounds maintenance people do. We have a grounds maintenance company that works in our community, but we do other jobs with DKC because they have a better price.
