Description of Work: He came to give an estimate and told me he would e-mail me with the estimate. He never followed through, even with a phone call asking for him to do so.

+ 0 moreFive different people came out to give me estimates/proposals. They all had something a little different, but the basic part was the same thing. They all agreed on stucco instead of repairing the bricks. In the end, I went with Frank because his price was the lowest. I felt that being within a couple miles he would do a good job. I figured he wouldn't want the township to know that he didn't perform something. He was very kind and cleaned up. He explained why there was a time lapse in the job. I was overall very happy.
Description of Work: I had a brick chimney that was falling apart. The bricks were sliding off the chimney.

Description of Work: Frank took that extra time to tell me what HE would do given the situation that my chimney & fireplace was fine but just needed to be brought up to code. 2 other companies wanted to rebuild the entire chimney for several thousand dollars. Frank came up with a solution that was half that, got things legal and didn't destroy my landscaping or living room in the process. He listened to me instead of just telling me what they were going to do.
