Buyer beware!!!!! Tony came out and was friendly and professional. Next the owner Jason came out who was also friendly and actually saved us money by not getting a custom door which also meant it would arrive by 4th of July. I called a week after the 4th to inquire if it has arrived and spoke with Susan the owners wife. Wow extremely rude and unprofessional. I was told she has to 18 jobs to schedule before mine and that she was actually scheduling orders that were taken in Jan. It’s July now!!!! So it’s safe to say it’s gonna be a couple months till install. After they got our deposit all customer service went out the window. I wish we could get our money back and work with a reputable company.

Excellent, due to covid-19, it took a little longer for the windows to arrive, but once they did, they put in all five in one day. They look great!

Outstanding sales support from Jason with an on-time, minimally-intrusive and truly professional installation process from Mike and his team. Very good work, good employees, nice courteous, very reasonable prices, 3rd time we've used them for our windows, good product and reasonable price. They're showed up on time, good in keeping us updated on the work and status of the materials, the workers always keep their time, and arrives on time.

It was more than well. From the sale to the install to cleanup they showed up to minute they said they would ready to work. It was awesome. Very reasonable prices . Really a pleasant experience. I was so impressed from start to finish. Great follow through as well. The work looks great.

First meeting for estimate went very well. Jason Holliday is very personable and charming. He was referred by a neighbor who alllowed me to come into her house and inspect the window installation in her house. It was excellent. Jason was replacing 10 windows that had been installed by another company that completely botched the job and walked away. Jason’s installer completed the job in 2 different days (was supposed to be done in one) because one window arrived damaged and they very quickly had another one made and quickly arrived to install and the job was completed. Jason was kind enough to write a letter for me (after some begging) to describe the faults of the other company to help me get my money back and they finally admitted fault and returned my money (after fighting about it for 2 years!) I am very satisfied with the final job and would hire again and already have given referral to a co-worker.

From start to finish, it was a great experience. Jason showed up on time, gave us a written quote on the spot that was very reasonable for quality windows. Scheduling the install was easy with Susan. The installers were awesome! They put in two full days did a nice neat job and I think they left my house cleaner than when they came!

Great. The two guys who installed the doors knew what they were doing and did the work in one day. It's wonderful having doors (Sunrise model made by Vanguard) that really work. Plus, the locks are more advanced, the insulation and sealing quality of the glass and doors is far better than before, and the screens work easily. Hope I don't need it, but there's a lifetime warranty.

I LOVED the windows they presented to me, however, they came in at the highest bid. That's ultimately why I didn't go with them, combined with some inappropriate comments and jokes made during the estimate appointment. Why would any guy feel compelled to tell boob jokes to a female customer during an estimate appointment??? During a follow up phone call, he proceeded to tell me yet another inappropriate joke. He eventually called me to find out if we had already had done the work (which we had) and he was VERY condescending to me - saying how he wished he'd talked with my husband and not me, and how he could have presented a cheaper window if he'd known that's what we wanted. We wanted good windows at a decent price and had he had that - and not made inappropriate jokes or comments - we would have gone with them. Maybe some good HR training on what's appropriate for the workplace would be good for him.

Jason was able to offer 3 very competitive windows to replace the wood windows that I had. The replacement I chose resembles the wood very closely so you do not notice that it is a vinyl window. Mike and Justin did a fabulous job on the installation. They had to pull wires from the security system and we did not have trouble reconnecting afterwards. They took their time and did not rush, but did the job correctly. The caulking job was very well done and the windows look excellent inside and out. We have had our first wind driven rain and there are no problems. I live in Mt. Pleasant and the company was in Hilton Head. They were on time for cost estimates, follow through and installation. Already have had several neighbors comment on how good the windows look.

good, i was able to choose the product i wanted, Vangard windows. he has installed windows in multiple homes in my neighborhood, i was able to drive by and look at those windows. one thing i liked was the ability to upgrade to a mid-level window that i found on the internet. the contract i have will be signed next week and the service will be scheduled.

The install team arrived on time to begin work. They worked at a good pace and were able to remove and install 10 windows in about 6 hours. Any concerns I had with gaps in caulk were immediately addressed with no questions asked. They were very professional and friendly. The windows sizes were correct and fit very snugly. There was only one issue with my window order, Jason forgot to order obscure panes for my bathroom but the issue was resolved in 2 weeks due to them being custom order windows. There was no additional cost to me and he was prompted in delivering new panes. I will use his services again for any other window or door installs in the future.

Three very professional craftsmen showed up and went right to work removing the old windows. They worked as a team constantly helping each other as it became necessary. They had six windows out and new installed in two-hours to get the home closed up as it was fairly cool outside. Once that was complete they all went to sealing and caulking the new windows. They were very efficient and constantly cleaned up behind themselves. I'm very happy with the quality of the windows and installation.

Jason did everything he said he would do and when he said he would do it. He handled town permit and gave all requested information to our HOA. All work was completed professionally, efficiently and neatly

Jason Holliday and his crew are the best I've ever dealt with. They were here when they said they would be. I had all my windows replaced with Soft-Lite windows. The installation went great without a hitch. Mike and Josh were great. They did not leave anything for us to clean up. A very professional company. I would highly recommend this company. I plan to have them come back to replace our doors. Extremely happy with the windows my energy bills have dropped almost 25%. Very happy with Holliday Home Improvements. Thanks Jason!

WOW! What an awesome job!! We are getting our 30-year-old home ready to sell, and had hoped to replace the wooden windows as needed. Long story short, we could find no one anywhere near Charleston, SC willing to replace/fix wooden, custom windows. Okay, yes, we could have had the work done, but the price was prohibitive. We decided to look into vinyl windows, but feared that price would also be very high, since we had an estimate provided to us several years ago that was well out of our comfort zone. Jason came to the house, reviewed our requirements, and gave us an estimate over 1/3 less than the cost we had a few years before! Although skeptical, I hired him soon after. We paid half the cost as down payment, and were advised it'd take about 4 weeks for the windows, which had to be special ordered, to come in. The team showed up this morning at 8:45 a.m., as scheduled, and had the job finished at around 6 p.m. In addition to beautiful looking windows, they picked up every bit of trash and put back every shade, curtain, or other window covering that had been taken down to do the job. They just left an hour ago, but I just had to provide this review immediately; we're that excited about how it turned out! No, we haven't had a storm or other event to test them out, but I'm sure if anything happens, Jason will make good on his warranty! If we end up not selling, we'll have a home with beautiful windows to enjoy for years to come!

Our home was broken into and robbed on April 2, 2015. The glass on our front door was shattered beyond repair. Jason Holliday, owner, came immediately when we called for help. He gave us multiple options and suggestions on what would work and would compliment our home. He gave us quotes on several options. Once we made our choice, he quickly placed the order. He handled the installation, including painting the entry area. All persons involved with the installation were terrific and did a beautiful job. When we had difficulty with our insurance company, he wrote a comprehensive letter supporting our claim and the insurance company reimbursed us fairly. We recommend Holliday Home Improvement without reservation.

All 12 windows were replaced in just four hours. Everyone (Jason, Susan, and the installation crew) were very professional. There is no touch up needed after the installation. I would recommend them highly.

All was handled professionally and efficiently. Installer was very quick and knowledgeable. Windows and door are good quality.

Started job at 9am and finished at 7pm Yes 12 Windows and its a stucco house,which makes it more difficult.It was a perfect fit and the workmanship was excellent.All old windows and all the dirt was hauled away.Great job guys.
