 + -1 moreIt didn't go. I requested a call to schedule an estimate visit and they never bothered to call. I now have this booked with the highest rated service in the area, Air Duct Dr, thanks to nonresponsive Ugly Duct Cleaning.

 + 0 moreThey were on time, polite and did an awesome job, They provided before and after pictures of each duct that was cleaned. It is amazing how much dust was in the vents. It is possible that this was the first cleaning since our condo was built in 2001. Our HVAC is performing much better and our condo feels cooler with the thermostat set 2 degrees higher. I highly recommend Ugly Duct Cleaning! If you'd had any work done on your house or condo, you should probably have your duct work cleaned!

 + -1 moreUgly Duct arrived promptly on time and they were very professional. We were shown before and after photos of the duct lines and the difference was amazing. My husband has been suffering from sinus problems and we thought this would help and we believe it will. Ugly Duct cleaned up after themselves and we enjoyed having them in our home. Very polite young men. We are very impressed with this company and highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Ugly Duct cleaned all of our duct work throughout the house and also cleaned all of our registers.
