All Out Moving & Storage LLC

This was the third move this company did for me since March of 2020. The first, was the move to our new home. The second was moving our grandson and his wife to their new home. And this move was moving my wife's sister to her new home. They were excellent! They did everything. I asked of them with a smile and when they finished, they said what else can we do for you today? Two true professionals with a company that should always have a five-star rating. Thank you so much! Do NOT use All Out Moving. The team of movers they provided us damaged multiple pieces of furniture. They were slow, and the damage was due to a lack of common packing sense. In addition, the company they use for Moving Insurance, Move Smart Move Management, LLC, is a complete scam. They are happy to take your money for a policy, but if actual damage occurs, they will just stop responding to you. I was told they had 120 days to respond to a claim. 120 days was on October 6th, 2022. I have attempted to contact them multiple times, and there is no response. All Out Moving has not responded either. I am currently working with an Attorney, and I will be made hold. You do not want this headache, do not use All Out Moving.

It went great. This company is very professional. I love the fact that that they ask about extraordinary items of value, that may need special attention. The moving team, David, Blake, and Stacey, did a great job. They were extra careful with our furnishings, polite, efficient, and professional. Had a little blurp with our final bill, however, it was satisfactorily taken care of immediately. We have moved several times during the past several years, and this team was the best by far. We will definitely use this company for our next move, and request the same team. Thank you Corlis (our contact person), David, Blake, and Stacey.

Throughout the entire process, from the time I requested service to the very end of the experience, the customer service was impeccable! Andrew was awesome at answering my questions by text and emailing me up-to-date information about my move time, etc. He was very nice in being flexible with my move dates as well. Jason and Kerry, the movers, were excellent! So personable and professional and my furniture was well taken care. Also, I really appreciated that Jason brought back a few little bookshelf pegs that he had accidentally kept - understandable, as they were small! But he brought them to my mailbox that night after the move!! Also, Kerry was a great help - loved his happy demeanor!! Made the moving the moving experience a positive one. I would highly recommend All Out Moving!
