+ -1 moreMy realtor Juliet was able to sell my home in just under two weeks which was amazing for us. She set up open houses and put my home on the market quickly, and recommended some minor repairs which would help us sell. Her confidence showed really well and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole experience with no needed pressure to make hasty decisions. She also had good contacts for the few repairs we had so looking for contractors was not a problem. She was great at getting in touch with me whether it be by email, telephone, or text. When it came time to buy she had lists of homes for us to look over and it took us only one month to buy and move in. She was really knowledgeable during the home inspection and we were really lucky to work with her.
Description of Work: Stayed in contact throughout the whole process. Communicated very well and knew what I wanted to get for my home. She genuinely seemed to look out for me and my family and not her own interest. My realtor was really motivated and I really looked foward going through the home selling/buying process with her and her team.
