Larry was responsive and flexible when I had to reschedule our appointment. He showed up on time and called before to give us a 20 minute heads up. There were very respectful of our home by wearing boot covers and face masks. They were able to quickly assess the issue and quote us a fair price to fix the problem. As our home is a little older, we will definitely be using MorLite moving forward, they are awesome!

Didn't wear mask. Only spent ten minutes to replace circuit breaker and didn't even stay to check to see if it worked. Still charged me $216.19. They were also a day late. I should have looked it up on YouTube which I suggest you do.
Description of Work: AC fix, was a supposedly a connect problem with circuit breaker.

Hello Sir, As the Owner & Technician on site for this call, I am shocked to hear that you felt this way about your experience. For those whose decisions this may impact, I would like to clear up a few things. 1) While we do not wear masks 100% of the time, It is our policy to maintain 6' distance at all times, and wear masks when requested or when our customers are wearing masks. For this particular call 100% of time on site was spent outdoors or in an open 2-car garage 2) This was an intermittent problem with an A.C., that (according to customer) an HVAC contractor had previously attempted to diagnose on three seperate occasions prior to referring to an electrician. When we arrived on site, the unit was running. We thouroughly examined the circuit & were able to determine that the problem was a failed circuit breaker, that the circuit breaker was not installed properly and had been damaged leaving a fire hazard as a result. We Showed the customer the damaged part, and explained how and why it had failed. 3) Yes, We charge for our services. We are priced competitively with the major contractors in our area who will often send an apprentice alone on calls like this, we however, dispatch a master licensed electrician & apprentice to every call [Member Information Removed]) There was obviously a misunderstanding regarding the scheduled date. However, our calls are recorded for quality control and we have verified that we arrived on site at the scheduled date and time. 5) Please youtube responsibly, This problem was caused because someone did not properly install a part. Electricity can be very dangerous in the hands of an untrained person. Always call a pro if you are not 100% sure of what you are doing, we are happy to help!

I emailed the company for a quote and got a quick response back. Company was on time and very professional. They wore shoe protection to not damage my floors and wore mask to due to covid-19. The company talked me through everything and educated me on things I did not understand. They got all my outlets working again in a timely manner. Plus they didn’t break my bank. Would definitely recommend this company!! Don’t think twice.
