Michael did an amazing job! We have cats and kids and our carpets had gotten to a point where I thought we might have to replace them but Michael saved them! My carpets look brand new! He was very kind and professional

Very good. Michael made my somewhat dingy beige carpet back to a beautiful bright beige! He worked really hard and the results show.

My carpets and furniture were a real challenge having been soiled by many generations of fostered kittens and cats. Mike (the owner of Carpet Medic) was prompt, professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgable in detailing available services and making recommendations for the most effective carpet and upholstery treatments for my badly soiled carpet and upholstery. He left all decisions up to me (no “hard sell” tactics) and I was totally impressed by the results. When he was done, not only was all the soiled carpet and yucky upholstery pristinely clean but it smelled great for months. Highly recommend!!

I own dogs and cats and have lots of teenagers running around so my furniture and carpeting gets really dirty. Carpet Medic did a first class job! Made my floors and furniture look new. I would highly recommend him for any of your cleaning needs. Extremely professional, friendly, fair price, great service.

*** COVID 19 SAFETY-operator did not wear a mask and did not follow any safety protocol during a Pandemic. I wore a mask but the cleaner shared with me that if you never had the flu you "COULD NOT" get Covid-19. I cancelled my order immediately and asked the person to leave my home. Please be careful if you decide to use this company. You don't know who's house they have been in before they arrive to you!

Clean carpets and friendly service.

They were prompt and completed the work as planned. Paid a little more for scotchguarding the floors that our dog goes into.

Very good. The owners son came out and did a thorough cleaning with the pet treatment. I had the carpets done by another company in the past. That company charged around the same and expended half as much time and effort. After The Carpet Medic left, my entire house smelled clean for over a week until the sell was final on my home. (It probably still smells great!)

Unfortunately I had to leave prior to the job being completed, leaving a family member there to monitor. Initially it seemed as though the work was done exceptionally well. Given that there are some stains that were agreed that more than likely would not come out of the carpet, the carpets looked pretty clean as though a job well done. However, the carpets were excessively damp and were not dry until just over 2 days later and began smelling as though mildew was forming. According to the owner, this must have been the result of not keeping the carpets clean on a regular basis. This accusation was shut down immediately. This carpet cleaning session was a post-moving cleaning. We had another carpet cleaning session about a month and a half prior to this one before some roommates moved out. This session was primarily to get the rooms cleaned that were not cleaned the first time. The owner refused to believe that we were not offered any additional cleaning options (sanitation solution specifically) because of the fact that his employees are working off of commission. Regardless of working on commission or not, we were not offered any additional treatments. The owner continued to state that we initialed and signed the "No Guarantee" locations on the receipt. He stated that this "no guarantee" meant that he was not responsible for stains, rips, tears, mold, mildew and a coupe other things. Only thing is, his receipt says nothing about mold or mildew. When confronted about this over the phone, he proclaimed that his company was highly reputable and has great reviews here on Angie's List which in his eyes apparently mean that they can't do unacceptable work. The result of the conversations were that he would not do anything to correct this wrong doing unless we paid for another cleaning and paid another $20 per room for the sanitation solution. Extremely poor customer service, false accusations and belittles his customers. Would not recommend to anyone. Now I'm having to look for another company for fix his mistakes or possibly get the carpets replaced/removed.

They were late, stretched carpet took 10 minutes. Had them clean carpet for one room was 89 dollars! should of watched the one man whom cleaned carpet he missed numerous places on carpet one place one foot by three foot and did not do closet! Two man there orginally but they could not move 2 pieces of furniture I left in room. Learned my lesson will watch them next time and it will not be with this firm.

I could not have hoped for better: punctual, professional, efficient, high quality, friendly, and quick! They identified a red wine stain we had forgotten was there and they were able to remove it for a small fee. I would definitely recommend and I intend to use them for two recliners we have too!

Missed some areas. Had to come back to redo

We've been happy with everybody so I'm sure they were fine. There were 2 workers and it took maybe 2 hours. The area was clean. I liked them. They worked as advertised and at a fair price.

went well, had to cut a a slice of carpet but you cannot tell where it was cut/spliced. Highly satidsfied

Michael Horsman, the owner, is a professional who takes great pride in his work and the impression he loves you of his business. We had talked before he came out and I decided to also get the carpet cleaned. When Mike and he surveyed what needed to be done a went to work stretching the carpet. When he finished that part, he asked me to vacuum the carpet again. As I started, he noticed that my vacuum's suction was not upto par. He took it apart and cleaned it out. He also count into detail about how best to adust to vacuum to clean the carpet better. After he put it back together I could definately tell the difference is how it cleaned. Mike went on to clean the carpet. It had been quite dirty and he did a great job. The difference was amazing.

He was scheduled to be at my home at 10am. At 1030am he called and said he was going to be late due to a pinched nerve. He and his son arrived...he stated his son does the cleaning and he does the repair work. For the majority of the time his son was cleaning our sofa he talked about his son's rap career. He stated that it would take 6 hours to dry. First of all the long drying time was not a huge issue (did not fully dry until 24 hours later). After the couches and cushions dried there were visible lines from the cleaning attachment. We assumed they would go away after the furniture was dry. We tried to rub out the marks with our hand, with a felt brush, and with the hose of our vacuum cleaner with no success. I called Michael to ask him about the lines and he stated that some people like the lines on the furniture because it looks like its clean. He stated that if i had told him I did not want lines on my sofa then he would have spent more time removing the lines. He told me to spray the furniture down with hot water and rub my hands over it. This did not work also. My husband called him and explained the issues again. He was told by Michael he did not have the time to tell the 1000s of things that could go wrong. But he did have the time to talk in length of his son's rap career during the cleaning. Michael also stated that the couches would be lighter than the ottaman (which was not cleaned) after the cleaning. The couches are now several shades darker than the ottoman. The only instructions he gave me was that it would take 6 hours to dry. He stated to my husband that we should have called him after the 6 hours drying time was not met. He also stated that his hoses could have been clogged and he would check his hoses. Even after this he never offered to rectify the issues. My husband and I have both called him...the call with my husband was very unprofessional. I have also emailed him with the pictures of the couches. My suggestion when looking at this company....BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I was not asked about any stains that I may want to treat before the cleaning I don't think any of the easy to move furniture was moved THe cleaning of the area rug did not result in how I was told - didn't look any cleaner

The end result was better than expected. Had to pay $35 extra because the stretching point was in a doorway and a slight length of carpet had to be removed. Look good as new and could not tell where the carpet was cut.

Successful, although carpet took unusually long time to dry.

We had some scheduling issues. They didn't charge any more. They were able to move the furniture that we couldn't move. So they were able to move furniture around, which was extremely helpful.

Most stains were removed and carpets looked great. Workers moved light furniture and did not pressure her into any add-ons or other services. Very professional and respectful.

Great - they did a good job of explaining everything they were doing, and the carpets feel so clean under my feet now.
