Tia is excellent! She was very patient and helpful. It took a couple of days until my husband and I got our house ready for Tia to put it in the market. she always responded to our questions fast. Great communication. We couldn't be happier. She handled everything, including setting up an appointment with a handyman and carpet cleaner. I didn't have to worry about anything. She has a great charisma and is very knowledgeable. My house was sold extremely fast, it was sold in one day.I would definitely recommend her services.

Multiple offers? declined and so on. At any single given second, Tia was there constantly sending positivity in any way possible. She was and is very thorough and never misses a beat. To say Tia moved mountains for us is the understatement of the year. This woman went above and beyond for our family. Many late nights, early mornings, same day showings, ANYTHING and everything we needed, she made sure it happened. We love this woman an incredible amount and will forever be grateful that she saw us through in all ways possible. She is so much more than 'just' a real estate agent.
