I was able to make an appointment through Erin in the office to schedule someone to come out within a week. Kyle came out to give us an estimate. He was prompt and courteous. He examined our basement walls from the inside and then walked the outside of the property. He informed us we didn't need basement or foundation repair. Our problem was our gutters and the grading of our lawn. He recommended two solutions to those problems and stated which would be cheaper. We appreciated his advice and that he didn't take any money for the estimate or advice. If our basement or foundation ever does need repair, we are definitely calling Accurate Basement Repair.

Paul Vaccaro came to our church St. Peter & Paul for an estimate on water leakage problem we have, He took time with parish members to explain our problem and suggested several repair option's we can try before he & accurate would need to be involved, His knowledge & professionalism was outstanding along with the understanding that finances at this time are tight for any Church these days. The work was great, they were prompt and did a nice job.

We had a water issue in our basement that had forced us to keep things off of ground level, for fear of them getting ruined. Now we never had inches of standing water, but would have about 80% of our floor covered in a small amount water when ever we had hard rain, or show melted in spring. as it came in through the floor/wall seem around our house and ran to the floor drain in the middle of our basement. Est. build date on our house is 1905, so it is older and never had any drain tile or sump pump, or any other water reduction/prevention applications or installments. We 1st contacted heavily marketed competitor, whose quote ended up being just over double the amount we paid to Accurate, for more or less the same process and product, drain tile, drainage board, and sump pump. After the shock of the quote from the competitor we went online to do some research, instead of just listening to ads. We decided to have Accurate come out after seeing their reviews online, and because we discovered in our research by talking about with family and coworkers, that some of them had used Accurate before and recommended we have them come out at take a look. Frank came out to do out estimate, and I have to say I loved his personality and take on the situation much more than that of the competitors guys who seemed to use a scare tactic we they're first guy and then sent out a 2nd guy with a lower price, etc. Frank was awesome, straight forward, no BS. Signed our estimate quote the day after we got it, which was just under half of what the competitors lower price was. When the crew showed up to work, they were on time and ready to go. They ran into an issue with out lateral, and left that section open, for a plumber to come out and inspect that situation. Other than that, they completed all day 1 tasks on day 1, and were ready to proceed with finishing the job, but were held up for the lateral issue. They were very flexible with this, as plumber had to come out several times to investigate the whole situation. After it was determined they could finish (pour concrete) for the rest of the job but this section by the lateral, they were back out quickly and finished all of that on what would be their 2nd day out. Eventually several weeks later the lateral job was done and the section of drain tile needed to be finished. Accurate came back out on an agreed upon date, reconnected that section drain tile, poured gravel and concrete and were done in about 2 hours time. We were very pleased we Accurate from beginning to end, would use them again in future house if we needed any basement repair like this. Another reason we selected accurate was for their Warranty, which also transferable to new owners if you sell your house. A very important piece for us, as we are hoping to list our home here in the near future, and this basement repair was the last major project before we could proceed with feeling comfortable about listing our house, Hasn't been very long since the whole job was completed, but has been awhile since about 95% of the job was completed on day 1. And we are very happy to report, we have not seen any water in our basement at all. There is water in the sump pump crock, but it is super quite and we've never heard it unless we are near it in our basement as it is going off. Give them a call/email. You wont regret it!

Sweeping ankle-deep water down the sewer drain every time it rains is a pretty scary scenario, especially if you’re not a repair-savvy person. As luck would have it, the first place we called was Accurate Basement Repair. The friendly receptionist conducted a thorough and detailed intake and was patient when explaining terms unfamiliar to me. Jon from Accurate called the night before the consultation to confirm the appointment and gather additional information. During the consultation, Jon was extremely helpful in explaining the problem with the water in the basement, provided helpful solutions, and patiently answered our many questions, even though the necessary fixes were primarily “outside” fixes. I would highly recommend Accurate Basement Repair for their knowledge, high levels of professionalism, and helpfulness. Hopefully, with the solutions Jon suggested we’ll never need their services, but if we do, this is the company we’ll call!

Chris took alot of time to explain exactly what work would be performed, how the process would work and when the work could be completed. We were on a tight timeframe as home was being sold. Paul from Accurate came out and gave me a very fair assessment. I had been trying for 7 years to get this matter fixed and nothing worked. Right away he saw the problem and suggested I install a new sump pump just for this addition since that part is higher than the rest of the basement and could not be hooked into existing sump pump. Price was very fair given what they needed to do. They explained everything, did a great clean up job and were on time. Pro- since I had this done in January there was a price break. Con- I have to wait till spring to make sure this took care of the problem. However given that fact that the addition basement floor was originally never drained properly to begin with I feel confident the work Accurate did has taken care of the problem. Overall a great experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Called Accurate based on a recommendation from a friend. Brian came out to check out out situation. He was thorough in explaining what was happening. We haven't officially hired them yet, but I was very pleased with how he helped me understand what was happening. January 2020: Accurate is absolutely fantastic. Multiple people from the renovation company have complemented how well the finish product. The flooring company installing our floor said this was the best concrete work they have seen from a drain tile job. I cannot recommend them enough.

Phenomenal job. This type of work is not easy, but Chris and his crew did a great job diagnosing our situation and offered a permanent solution. Problems were addressed in a professional way - Chris really stepped up. Would highly recommend. It has now been 6 years since the work was done and we've had no issues. (Sorry I hadn't provided this review earlier....)

They recommended that we first address our landscaping as we might not need their service at all. I was impressed that they didn’t perform a service that I might not need. I will certainly hire them in the future as I feel they are fair and trustworthy.

Terrible customer service. Over a 2 week span, I called multiple times and sent a request to make an appointment for someone to come out to provide an estimate for work to be done since I have some water issues in my basement. When I finally got a hold of someone and explained the situation she told me that she wouldn't make the appointment for someone to look at my basement and provide an estimate because based on her opinion (which is not a from a basement professional even though she makes appointments at a basement repair company and may not may not have picked up a few things while working there), was that it was a grading problem and that is not what part of the services that they offer. I told her that it was a drain tile issue and yes I have some slight grading issues but that is not work that I am looking for them to do since I was already working to correct it. She then told me if I really wanted someone to come out and look at my basement it would be 3 weeks! Absolutely not, again I told her that I've been trying to get a hold of them for 2 weeks already. I stated that I guess they didn't want my business so I would be taking it elsewhere. Overall, take caution if you choose to work with this company. They seem like they give you the run around from the get go. I'm glad I didn't put myself if a bad situation.

The men did a fantastic job, cleaning everything, it was amazing. They came back the next day and finished their part of the job. Their plumber still had come to install the new sump pump and laundry tub. All looks wonderful now, new, and dry, and clean. I would highly recommend Accurate to any one needed work done.

Very pleased with the honesty and professionalism from Accurate Basement Repair. After getting quotes from a well known contractor that specializes in basement repairs and quoted me over $20,000 of repairs, Accurate told me my walls are not bad enough to have any repairs done at this time. Definitely will hire them if the walls ever become worse.

We are previous customers of accurate basement as they did foundation work on our old house prior to closing. The work and process was flawless. We called them back for an inquiry regarding our current basement in the new house. They showed up sight unseen on a Friday thinking drain tile testing was needed. Upon arrival, the owner figured out the problem and said it’s a fairly simple fix we can take care of ourselves. Furthermore, they did not charge us for the trip to our house. Finally, the owner followed up with us over the phone on a Sunday making sure we understood how to fix the problem and asked if we had additional questions. We have referred accurate basement to several people and will continue to do so. This is an honest , efficient company that does stellar work.

I had to have two of my basement walls fixed before the sale of my house. Chris was SUPER quick and professional. His guys did a super job. Chris even talked to the buyer to assure her the repairs would forever fix the problem, he really went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I had some questions about how drain tile worked and Chris was more then willing to explain in detail how it worked. Chris was very respectful and educated in what he was taking about.

I was impressed by his thoroughness while still being able to clearly communicate results to an uninformed layman like me. My inspection involved a home sale. I knew I had to have basement work done before I could sell my house. Three basement walls needed braces due to cracks in the walls. there was a small amount of water on the floor after a hard rain. A drain tile test showed I had little water flow. The entire drain tile system and was replaced as well as 26 braces installed over two days. Paul V. oversaw the entire project. He was very knowledgeable, patient and supportive. He always answered any of my questions and came over to my house a number of times. My interaction with everyone at Accurate Basement was professional. I highly recommend Accurate Basement and Paul V.

We can’t say enough about how pleased we were with the work Accurate Basement Repair did for us. As long as we’ve owned our home, we’ve had a foundation water leak in one area of our basement. Since our house was built in the 1920’s, we don’t have a sump pump but the leakage was relatively minor and controllable. So we chose to live with it. Many years ago we covered the walls in the area in question with decorative wall board, so whatever was happening was invisible to us. But this past Spring the water leakage graduated to actual mud! When I removed some of the wall covering it became painfully clear we needed help. The basement wall seemed to be disintegrating. Furthermore it was at the back corner of our home inaccessible to excavating equipment meaning all manual labor to investigate the cause and provide the fix. A trusted building contractor with whom we’ve worked several times recommended we hire a firm specializing in foundation repair. Research on Angie’s list pointed us to Accurate, and we met with the estimator not too long after our first call. It turns out the problem area originally contained an old outside cellar entrance below an old back porch. Eventually the porch was enclosed to become part of the house, an inside stair case was installed and the cellar entrance abandoned with a thin, poured concrete wall which has been gradually disintegrating over the years leading to water leakage and wall movement. The estimator was able to assess the problem and review some of the potential unknowns, as well as make an estimate. Given the severity of the problem and the inaccessibility of the work area, we were quite pleased with that estimate. Work began as scheduled and within 4 work days, 15 feet of our basement wall and footings were dug out manually, demolished, replaced, water proofed, a sump crock and drain pipe installed and the area backfilled. A few days later a sump pump was installed with all the proper electrical work. Daily cleanup inside and out was done and there was minimal disruption for us and our yard considering all the wheel barrow activity and hauling to and from the driveway on the other side of the house. And we never lost accessibility to the basement! Each of the contractors was a pleasure to work with, patiently answering questions and figuring out solutions with us to the inevitable surprises that were “uncovered”! The most serious one would have been the need to reconstruct not only the stairway, but the stairwell to meet code, requiring expensive interior remodeling. Accurate worked with the local building inspector and came up with a way to confine the work to the basement wall, maintaining structural integrity without affecting the stairwell design. Ironically we ended up with a wider stairwell all the way down that over the years had been narrowed by the encroaching pressure from the outside ground! The last piece of the job was the reconstruction of the basement stairs which turned out beautifully. Start to finish, working with Accurate was wonderful. The early estimate we reasonable and the final price came in only a couple hundred dollars over. Communication with the job scheduler on work days and arrival times was clear and effortless. All the contractors were great and the follow up by the estimator was appreciated. We highly recommend Accurate Basement Repair.

We'd been getting a small amount of water in our basement the last several years. After contacting the vendor, we were instructed to remove the drywall and what to look for. We found the crack and tested it by having the garden hose run for about 5 min outside. The crack repair took about 2 hours. We got a lot of rain after that and the crack remained dry. We also did our hose test again, and it was dry. See photos for before and after. I highly recommend. The communication was great, and everyone was very professional.

In the process of buying a home, we brought in Accurate Basement Repair to follow up on a major foundation issue found by our inspector. Previous owners of the home were there during this inspection by Accurate and tried to defend the state of the foundation by showing the contractor from Accurate that work had been done 30 years ago. Chris, from Accurate, told us that a structural engineer needed to be brought in before they could quote a price for fixing the foundation and said he would follow up with us (the buyers) with some engineer recommendations. After that, we never heard from him again despite following up with people at his company. Instead, we found out several days later that he recommended an engineer to the seller. She brought him in and he showed up to the appointment without the tools he should have had to do his job properly. Even without that, he said the basement is stable because of the work that was done 30 years ago, even though our inspector and another basement specialist disagree. We are extremely angry that Accurate basically helped out sellers instead of doing the work for us even though we were the ones who brought them in. I would not recommend them to anyone.
