The crew arrived as scheduled. The crew leader seemed unsure to me about the job specifics so I had the office double check with him and then we were all on the same page. They removed the old fence and posts, dug new ones and put up the new fence in about 5 hours. I wasn't home when the crew finished and I was unhappy when I got home with the height of the fence fabric on the gates, the muddy mess they left on the sidewalk and the the way one corner was done. I contacted the office and within an hour, the crew was back and adjusted everything that I had a problem with. Love being able to text a company and get an answer. The estimate was timely. The price was a little cheaper than the other offers that we received. I would have liked a little more communication, with the times, but everything was done within the promised time frame. The workers were professional, and did a very nice job. Everything went well, except for the price. The salesman was very professional and made sure all my concerns were addressed. He explained everything and answered my questions. I was convinced that they would provide quality materials and workmanship. It was to be a relatively simple project without any big issues with my yard or underground wires. I asked him to come down on the price because so many other companies were lower. He lowered his price a little, but not enough to lure me away from a competitor. Had it been a more complicated job or something more decorative, I would have paid the extra money. It seemed like they were busy with plenty of other jobs and didn't need the sale when he could have charged other customers more. I can't blame them, but I ended up paying less and still got a quality job from another companyshow more

This is to revise a review I wrote 9/13 and gave an "F" rating because a date was made for an estimate of work to be done only to not happen with no notice. I've now been contacted by the contractor and learned their was a death of close friend that disrupted his schedule. He will be here this afternoon, shortly in fact.. We'll see how it goesshow more

We had used Keith about 10 years ago to install a cedar privacy fence around our rather large back yard. After time, a juniper bush was overtaking part of the the fence near the front of our back yard and needed to be removed. Caught up in the middle of the bush was an old chain-link fence that we had left there when the original privacy fence was installed. Keith came out to look over the project and agreed to remove the bush and an old chain-link fence that was caught up within the giant juniper bush. He was to replace the gate and replace the chain-link fence with a new cedar privacy fence. The project started out OK....until he broke a chain in his saw trying to cut down the bush. Two chains later, he removed the bush and hauled one load of bush away in his trailer. The bush was too big to get all of it in the trailer at one time. Once he started on the fence and gate, the project moved pretty fast. The new gate and fence were up within a few hours and he even fixed another gate that was not working as well as it should have. In hindsight, the bush was probably more of a challenge than either of us had envisioned, but it's gone and the new fence - minus the sprawling juniper bush - looks greatshow more

Mr. Morrison came to my home and gave an estimate for work to be done within 48 hours of my call. The estimate was the lowest of 5 estimates obtained. The work was done 4 days later after we told him he had the job, this included custom making the gate and installation. Other companies told us it would take 2-4 weeks to custom make the gates and their prices were much higher. Mr. Morrison came and performed the job himself, taking care that the gates were aligned and straight (even with our crooked post). He was very efficient and the total job took approximately 30 minutesshow more

This was a relatively small job; i.e., chain link on one side of property, small section at rear of property, and installation of approximately 16 feet of cedar fence to tie into the chain link fence. Scheduling was approximately four weeks after contracting and this was acceptable. Weather and equipment problems delayed start date by a few days, but Cliff had crew out on a Saturday once weather broke and equipment was repaired. Crew worked steadily and quickly finishing the job in a half day. Although rocky soil and numerous roots made post setting difficult, crew prevailed and no extra cost was assessed although contract could have allowed same. Bob takes and return all calls himself and it took 1-2 days for him to call me to schedule the quote appointment and then to schedule the work but he does return calls. Be sure to call him from the phone you want him to call you back on as he didn't seem to listen to the phone number I left in the voice mail. He calls on installation day to let you know they are leaving the warehouse. They complete the work in the 2 days he had promised. I had wanted to pay the balance with a check but he used my charge card that he had kept written down from the day I put down the deposit.. That is the only thing I didn't like for either of the jobs he did for me. My charge card number was kept around for several weeks in writing. with my expiration date and signature.I don't feel that is a very secure process these daysshow more

Very good communication from Bob , the owner. Free estimate was completed very quickly. I had agreed to have the job done ( replacing 2 sections of chain link fence ) by Capitol but was waiting on a call back regarding when it could be done. I was pleasantly surprised to come home one day and have a group of 3 men (Who I believe worked for another fencing company but who Capitol contracted with) finishing up my chain link fenceshow more

I had originally obtained a quote from Fence Specialists last year, but had decided to postpone work. At the original appointment, Brent came out to draw up the estimate. He was very friendly and helpful as my wife and I made our decisions about the type of fence we wanted. Earlier this year, I called Fence Specialists and asked if the quote was still good. Aside from a *slight* increase, the quote was still honored. We had to play phone tag a bit before getting everything lined up. Once we were all on the same page, the work began on time. There was some miscommunication regarding what the crews needed to complete their work. The tools they had required an outside electrical outlet, which I don't have - this postponed work for a day. Had I know ahead of time, I could have provided the necessary connection. That aside, the crew did a superb job cleaning up the worksite and I am very happy with the resultshow more

I wanted the work done well and for a fair price. They did a good job on the fence. They should have knocked to let me know they were there. They almost drilled through a drainage pipe that I recently repaired. They drank a little beer during a break too, which was a little unprofessional. Overall, it was a good experience. I was mainly concerned with quality of materials and work. Cheap price and well builtshow more
