I reached out to Touching Hearts at Home to provide customized in-home care for my father, and some needed respite services and onsite moral support for his wife. I can't find enough positive things to say about how impressed I've been with the level of responsiveness and service Craig has provided. As the adult "child" living out-of-state, Craig has kept me in the loop as to how things are going in my dad's household, and he's generously shared useful information and resources that supports our family's ability to create the best environment possible for my dad. The aide assigned to work with our family is excellent, and the peace of mind in having Touching Hearts at Home "on the job" is invaluable. I'd recommend this provider without hesitation.

We hired Touching Hearts at Home to take care of our dear friend all the way in NYC. We live in Tennessee so we needed a company that is in constant contact with us in regards to our friends care and we have certainly found that to be true with Touching Hearts. I was waiting for my mother’s Medicaid home care coverage to be approved and decided to temporarily hire a company to provide her with assistance. With my mother’s well being at stake, I throughly researched several companies. I ultimately decided upon Touching Hearts at Home. The company receives many positive reviews on Google and Yelp and the accolades are well deserved. Touching Hearts is run very professionally and efficiently. They were able to start services with only a days notice. Starr was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Upon request, she supplied me with the phone numbers of all the aides, in case I needed to contact them about my mother’s care. She would also notify me ahead of time when a new aide was coming to the house. While some aides were better than others, all of them were competent and caring. I loved being able to see who was assigned to take care of my mother through the Touching Hearts Family Room. The carers washed her clothes, assisted her with toileting and bathing, prepared her food and so much more. I used Touching Hearts for two and half months and only stopped with because my mother’s Medicaid services were approved. If you are in need of home care services, I would absolutely recommend Touching Hearts.

Incredibly helpful, lovely, caring people, both on the phone and in person. We had an emergency situation, and Craig and Blaise were so comforting to talk to, and they arranged for an absolutely wonderful aide to work with us, and she took care of my mom for a few months. She was such a kind, caring, and smart person, and Craig worked really closely with us, to make sure that the schedule worked out in the best way possible. Because I was unable to care for my single daughter who lives alone in NYC, I employed Touching Hearts at Home for a week's care for my daughter who was recovering from a post total hip replacement surgery. I received Excellent advice from Craig regarding ambulette services, hours suggested for care and length of care. The care givers were kind, on time, thoughtful and most eager to assist my daughter in every way.
It was a relief to me to know my daughter had such good care. Craig kept calling both my daughter and me for updates and was such a source of comfort.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service! I am extremely glad I was fortunate to have their assistance in caring for my daughter.

Touching Hearts at Home has the most compassionate, helpful people who really understand how to work with the elderly. We called after my 88 year old mother in law fell and broke her hip and needed more home care after rehabilitation than what insurance would cover. After that the question is, "Where do we go from here?" Fortunately we found them. This is a truly wonderful and caring organization.

Touching Hearts was wonderful - professional and caring, both to my mother and myself. They took the time to get to know us and learn what we needed, but I saw that they also did the same for their own staff, which was impressive. We used another service first and I wish we had found them sooner.

With Pleasure! Touching Hearts at Home has been everything to us in the last few months. Our mother, a 77 year old retired teacher with advancing dementia, who lives alone and is physically fit, was in need of someone to help her with the activities of daily living. She would forget to eat or bathe, and The aide Christine was sent to help her. We could not have asked for a more caring and gentle person for mom. She was able to get this stubborn independent woman lady to help allow her to help her. As the main caregiver for mom this gave me a much needed break from this daily rituals. Thanks to Christine and Carly(Supervisor ) for all that you have done. It meant so much to us.

Touching Hearts at Home has helped me to get back on my feet after a winter depression left me and my apartment in sorry shape. Danielle, my caregiver-friend, and I hit it off right away. After a month I had my apartment under control again, and I was no longer overwhelmed by the accumulation of things to do. Then we spent more time on getting me out of the house and doing things I had not done in a long time. Without Danielle I would have become a recluse for sure. Many times I wanted to discontinue the service before my goals were met, and Craig always listened to me and gently urged me to continue until I had reached those goals. If ever I again need home help I will not hesitate to call Touching Hearts at Home.

My husband (age 84} was transported home from the NYU Langon hospital on Sunday afternoon. I needed help to take care of him at home and searched the Web.
I liked the reviews of Touching Hearts at home and called. Craig Sendach answered and after I explained our needs, he came immediately and analyzed the situation and provided the right help needed.
