Anyone got a pic of a RAVE unit?
Should it have 7800 on it? is that true?

Sam, just take off the seat (front), then the other little rubber piece and shine a torch or whatever right to the back - behind the CDI. There should be a green box at the very back, that is (or so i've heard) the rave unit.
If its not there then you will have to buy one
Hi,
usualy it is 7800, but it can be 8000 or 8200

Im a newbie so please excuse me but what is a RAVE unit?
The 7800 is your rave unit.
For Pau, its where all of us get together on rides out and have massive parties... no really its
Regulated Aprilia Valve Exhaust
But its made by Rotax so Aprilia prolly just made Rave fit into the equation, its the powervalve set up from the electrics in the back to the blade at the front of the cyclinder, its what makes a full pwoer bike.

Cheers for the pic aReSCXXV.
Beeks - ive checked otherwise i wouldnt ask any questions without checking otherwise i'd look stupid.
If i get a box with 7800 on it, will it be ok for a 2000 priller? or will i need to get a 8000 or 8200 box? or it doesnt matter?
Cheers
Theres one on e-bay atm,are you sure you dont have one if you have a plug there, do you have the p/v blade and housing?

Hi,
get a 7800, that is standard. 8000, and 8200 is for higher revving setups
