After making the first $300 deposit, you have 24 hours to complete the remaining payment:
• Zelle & Bank Transfer: No fees. 50% payment. Balance due a week before charter.
• Credit Card: 2.5% fees. 50% payment. Balance due a week before charter.

Note: Over 15 guests, we must charge $70 per person.
CHARTER INFORMATION
• This payment serves as a deposit for the yacht reservation. A yacht broker will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability (date, time, and capacity). If the yacht is unavailable, we'll help you find a similar or better model.
• During the checkout process, you can conveniently provide all charter details, such as the date, number of guests, extras, and any other information.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
• All confirmed bookings are not subject to cancellation, non-changeable, and non-refundable (including no-shows).
• Passport/Government-Issued ID and credit card of the person who paid for the reservation are required before boarding.
• Full-day charters go from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Half-day charters start at 6:30 pm and cover the bay.
• Should weather and/or other unforeseen matters not permit safe charter conditions, Aqua Experiences will reschedule your charter date with no additional charges.
• In the event that the weather is cloudy or rainy, this will not justify cancellation or refund.
• Aqua Experiences will not be responsible for the loss or damage to any personal belongings left unattended on board.
• On the rare occasion that your reserved yacht becomes unavailable, we will gladly accommodate a similar model or upgrade to the next available boat at no additional cost.
• The safety and well-being of our guests and crew members is our number one priority. We are always closely monitoring the guidelines from the Maritime Authorities and depending on the weather conditions, your Captain will let you know if you must return earlier.
• If you bring your own DJ (including music equipment), Chef, or Photo/Videographer an extra fee will be charged depending on the yacht.
