How do you clean my windows using "pure water systems"?

We first scrub your windows, frames and sills using a brush on top of a long pole which enables us to work from the ground. Then, we rinse off the windows thoroughly with processed de-ionised water we carry in our vans. This leaves your windows very clean, and since there is no residue from detergent, cleaning products, contaminants in the water or anything else, your windows actually stay cleaner for longer! 

 Why can you not guarantee a perfect finish on the first clean?

Because we clean the whole frame on the first clean for no extra charge which you will find is a very rare service offered by window cleaners. Traditionally a frame clean would cost at least the same price again as the windows. That's twice the price.

As a result, we clean out all the grime and dirt which has built up over years and which has been missed by other window cleaners. So for at least the first clean, there may be the odd dribble that runs down the window after we have gone. But this a worthwhile exercise as with subsequent cleans your windows and frames look superb - and for no extra charge!

Why are my windows left all wet after cleaning?

This tried and tested window cleaning method only works if the de-ionised water remaining on the windows is LEFT TO DRY. So please do not be tempted to dry them off as it will only spoil the clean!

What if I don’t want my Frames/Sills/Doors cleaned but just my windows?

No problem, this is something we do at no extra cost, but if for some reason you would prefer us not to please let us know and we will make a note on your account.

How often do you carry out your service?

For residential customers, we carry out our window cleaning service at 4 or 8 week intervals, whichever you prefer.

For commercial customers requiring a window cleaning service we work upon request so if you need it weekly, fortnightly or monthly we can accommodate.

If you require gutter, cladding or facias and soffit cleaning we will carry this out by request.

Can I specify the day for the cleaning?

Unfortunately not. Our schedule works by area, on pre-arranged 4 or 8 weekly intervals. It is not time and cost-effective if we have to schedule everybody in your area on different days. 

Do I have to be at home when the cleaner comes?

Not at all! In fact, more than 80% of our customers are not at home when we clean. We will give you a text the night before so that you can leave your back gate unlocked. Alternatively, if we are not able to gain access to the rear of your property, we will just clean the front windows. 

How can I pay?

By cash at the door, BACs, or by using your card to make a payment here.

Alternatively, why don’t you set up a GoCardless Direct Debit? We will only charge you after each clean then you will never forget to pay a bill.

Please don't forget to include your unique customer reference number so that we can process your payment smoothly and update your account accordingly.

A word of caution! - please do not send cash at your bank counter. It is not possible for us to trace who the payment belongs to.

How soon do I have to pay? 

We would be grateful if you could pay us within 7 days. Hope you don't mind us sending you a gentle reminder after 7 days by text!
