Welcome to Aulita!
Our restaurant fuses flavors and ingredients from across the mountains and jungles of Peru to create unique offerings for brunch, lunch, dinner, and dessert, alongside craft cocktails and Peruvian coffee. Our colorful, sunlit space also includes an artisanal market, featuring handmade goods from across the country.
We first opened our space in the center of Cusco in 2020, thanks to a successful crowdfunding campaign and ongoing support from our amazing community. In the following years, grew into the space to create a tasting space and cocktail experience in Cusco.
