Our chefs revisit comfort foods with traditional cooking methods, using meat alternatives made of plant ingredients like soy, wheat, potato, peas and konjac. Raw veggies, nuts and grains are combined to create our Living Foods that are blended, dehydrated, and cultured with probiotics for optimum nutrition.
