I ordered the item on a Tuesday morning and it was delivered by Wednesday afternoon. Phone looked brand new- no marks (I purchased Excellent condition). Super easy set up process and so far so good. Everything about the pone seems new and you would never tell it was refurbished. Love the peace of mind of the 1 year warranty. Buying experience on Backmarket is superb. I got the Galaxy Z Flip4 256gb in perfect condition for 1/3 of the price. Only down is that the battery does not last as long as if it was brand new, but it can still hold a full day of normal usage.

functional phone but was in good condition and came with a little more use than I was expecting then don't get the silicone ring case from Samsung off Amazon since I dropped it less than 3ft off the ground while folded and i couldn't open the phone all the way anymore, 7/10 purchase u get what u pay for

i got this because i quickly became sucked into the gimmick of the flip phones. it has quickly become my daily phone!! (: i really like how small it is, i tuck it in my pocket at work and i like accessing the media player from the cover screen without having to open the phone. the battery is of course, lacking compared to my s23+, but i quickly got used to it, and it still gets me through a full day's work. although i got the 'good' condition, i didn't notice any blemishes of any sort, and it works just fine pairing with my watch 4 and samsung buds. thank you very much back market,i took a chance on you guys and i'm very satisfied 😌

Amazing physical condition. At the start the phone was asking me everyday to install an update so I was worried something was wrong but so far I haven't had that issue anymore! This phone has a similar glitch to my z flip 3 that I just traded in, where I will hear that I'm receiving a call but I can't SEE it or accept it! I guess that might be a Samsung issue not a backmarket issue. It's been a few months though and I am satisfied.
