Adrian fired our automatic gates about 4 years ago.We were really happy with his work and our new gates at the time and we have never had a moments bother with themMy sisters car accidentally rolled into the gates last weekend and caused quite a bit of damageI called Adrian on Monday and explained our problem He was so helpful and polite and came out the same day to make sure no further damage would happen and to ensure the gates would not fall downHe has since carried out a temporary repair until the new gates are readyWe are really happy to do business with AutoGate Ireland as Adrian has been an absolute star to deal with.

Great service from a really good business.We had our electric gates installed about a year ago by AutoGate Ireland from Newry. I have to admit that I was a little hesitant to use a company from Newry as our home is in Belfast and I was a little worried about their ability to provide us with the service and support going forward.We were really happy with the original installation and Adrian is a really nice guy. He was genuinely interested in our safety and security and was by far the the most helpful and friendly of all the automation companies that we spoke to at the time.Their after sales service has been excellent. We had a few Occasions when we needed to call on Adrian - mostly of our own making - and each time Adrian has been really helpful and attentive.I highly recommend AutoGate Ireland if you are looking for electric gates in Northern Ireland.My only criticism is that he should charge more as he undersells himself for the service he provides.Well done More...

Excellent service from these guys.I spoke to Adrian on Tuesday and explained that I needed our gates automated in a bit of a hurry He can our and met me at our home on Wednesday morning and gave me several options for what we could do. Extremely helpful and a really nice guy.We agreed on the work and priceI was away with my family until Saturday and we came home to find the work completed as agreed and everything is really neat and tidy.I am so impressed as we gave had a lot of work done to our home over the last two years and have been let down numberous times by builders and tradesmen. Great service from this business. I can't recommend highly enough.I was badly let down by the company who installed our automatic gates. (Only installed 15 months ago). The gates would not open on Friday morning leaving our cars stuck behind the gates.For some reason, the installer had not provided any means of manually opening the gates if we had a problem.After being badly let down by the original company on Friday and Saturday, I text messages Adrian from AutoGate Ireland on Sunday to explain our situation and to ask if someone could call on Monday morning.I was really pleased when Adrian called me back and even more pleased when he offered to come out and release our gates on Suday evening so that we could use our cars to go to work on Monday.I want to highly recommend AutoGate Ireland if you are looking for electric gates in Northern Ireland. Really great serviceI needed our gates automated in a bit of a hurry as I mam going away for a few weeks in business and my wife wanted it done to make our home more secure. I spoke to Adrian on Tuesday and explained our situation. He met me at our house on Wednesday morning and talked me through a few suggestions that were really helpful.We agreed the work and the price.We were away for a short family break until Saturday. I contacted several automatic gate companies in Northern Ireland for a quote but AutoGate Ireland in Newry were the only company that seemed interested in helping. Adrian called to our site and recommended that we have a hydraulic gate automation installed on our entrance. I was looking for a company in Ireland to carry out electric gate repairs in Dublin for my boss and his family.AutoGate Ireland responded to the call out on the same day. The electric gate system was quite old and Adrian provided a quotation for the automatic gate repairs but advised that because of the age of the system and amount of wear, that a new electric gate system might be a better decision.They installed a new electric gate system within a few days and my boss and his family are extremely happy with the system and the service provided.He was very friendly, courteous and very professional in all the communications, with both my boss and myself.I am very happy to give a recommendation to Adrian and AutoGate Ireland to anyone looking for electric gate repairs or for new automatic gates.Very helpful service.
