Alex Barak handled my case with great attention to detail, was very demanding of the evidence needed, way beyond any expectation of mine, which turned out to be necessary. I am so happy with Alex Barak who has been my Immigration lawyer for a long legal battle which just resulted in my approval for a green card before an Immigration Judge in Court in Miami. I have friends who were previously and quickly approved for asylum through his work, so he was highly recommended. We started with an asylum claim which was presented in great detail and was beautifully written, but was denied unfairly by an Immigration Officer who seemed out of place. Then I was in deportation or Removal Proceedings in Court. I felt that our trial went very well, but the Government attorney was aggressively attacking me. Alex Barak stood up for me like a Mama Bear protecting her child. At the end, there was a big legal error made by the Court, as my lawyer told me, and I was ordered deported. I was in shock. Alex Barak assured me he could reverse the decision by an appeal. I also had a long term relationship with a green card-holding boyfriend and we got married. Alex Barak delivered a reversal of the appeal, he won it, just as he had assured me. I have learned that not too many lawyers are successful in reversing a deportation order, so I was so happy and pleased that my attorney would fight for me all the way and win. After the appeal was won, we went back to the Immigration Court and the Judge was extra nice and polite to me, giving my husband time to become a citizen, so I could file for adjustment of status. I was recently approved for a green card. I just want to let the world know I happy I am with Alex Barak in his perfection as an Immigration attorney.
I first obtained an L-1 work visa through his efforts. Then , I obtained an L-1 extension. Then, earlier this year 2016, I received my green card through his professional efforts under the Multinational Executive or Manager category. My Green card was approved through the EB-1 category in just seven months.
This guy is an Immigration law success machine. I know 4 other people who hired him and were approved for their cases, including an investor visa and family Immigration cases .
