I hired MaidWhiz for a client a few months ago and have been meaning to write a review because they exceeded our expectations. Immediately I felt in good hands after speaking to Hersel re: the project. He understood exactly what we needed in order to get the job done, was factual and had competitive pricing. I actually felt I was getting so much for my client for the price. Received great communication leading up to the job and day of. Everything was handled and cleaned better than expected. They go above and beyond! A friend had recently gone through a tough experience and I wanted to give her the gift of a clean apartment, but only had a small window of time to do so. Â I called a few cleaning services without any luck and then called MaidWhiz. Â Hershel answered the phone and although my situation was a little unique and there was a lot of back and forth (I had to get the keys, I was not going to be there etc. etc.), he was incredibly accommodating, patient, flexible and kind throughout the entire process. Â The cleaners were prompt and professional and I showed them around the place quickly, but again, since it was not my apartment I just told them to use their best judgement on what areas to zero in on. Â And, wow, they did an incredible job. Â I had asked for a deep clean and every surface was absolutely sparkling and they even folded the toilet paper into a pretty little flower. Â Because I was working and couldn't see the finished product, Hershel even emailed me before and after pictures. Â My friend was incredibly grateful and could not believe how clean her apartment was. Â I am definitely going to be using their services again and would recommend them to anyone. This is one of the best professional cleaning services I've ever encountered. I needed a move-in clean done quickly, found MaidWhiz online; and booked for the next day. They arrived on time and walked through the house with me to see the areas I was most concerned with. When I arrived after the cleaning was done, I was beyond impressed with their thoroughness and care. It was like walking into a brand new home (That smelled Nice). The two ladies that came to my house were amazing. What once looked like a house well loved with built up dirt and grim from the previous owners, transformed into a sparkling fresh smelling new home that my family will be moving into. I recently couldn't book my regular service and a friend reccomended maidwhiz. I was expecting pretty good service but wasn't sure. They came a couple weeks ago (right in the scheduled arrival window--plus) and I was honestly so pleasantly surprised with what a great job they did. I'm nine months pregnant and needed help getting the apartment clean before the baby comes. They took care of details I hadn't even thought of, cleaning off the spice shelves, window sills I hadn't thought of in years, and even put the new sheets on the baby's mattress. My husband came home that night and was so happy-- the house smelled great (No chemicals) and he also couldn't believe what a thorough job they'd done. To be honest, I'm switching companies now!
