How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Each client is asked the right questions to provide a curated menu of their choice if available. We offer Spiked ice for patrons over the age of 21+ if it is a private adult event and alcohol infused ice is wanted.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to network with my fellow Carolina community members, serve a delicious treat and have fun!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Moving to the south I couldn't find any pushcarts selling my favorite childhood treat. So i decided to start my own business so others could also experience a low-cal, lactose free treat.
Why should our clients choose you?
We provide excellent customer service to all of our patrons. Setup can be in a small space like a backyard or hallway. Our Italian ice is gluten, lactose, peanut free. Low calories & kosher
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
No, we are a in person experience. Maybe one day we can teleport our ice to patrons but we haven't added that service yet.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We wear masks indoors to protect our customers and employees serving. As restrictions have eased we do not require our employees to wear a mask outside. But if it is preferred by the client we can.
