If you’ve ever thought Real Estate was to complicated you need to continue reading. When I first decided I’d like to give Real Estate a try I had just quit my public job to become a full time professional photographer. I felt I could supplement my income from Real Estate after continuously hearing the gurus on television telling about all the money they made. At the time it was “No Money Down”, “Use None of Your Money”, “Use Other People’s Money”.

This kept ringing in my head because I was well qualified; I had no money and I’d love to get rich using other people’s money.

I ordered the books and tapes and listened to them all. I didn’t understand everything I read but had a good idea of the techniques, I was excited. Then; and I remember well; when I opened the forms and contract section of this Real estate money making system and began trying to read and understand the jargon and some of the four page contracts my excitement began to give way to confusion. “Why couldn’t this be as exciting as the rest of the system?” I asked. “Why am I suddenly feeling like I really can’t do this?”

I am sad to say that I put this system on the shelf for ten years, and never tried the techniques once, simply because I couldn’t understand all those forms and contracts. As excited as I was, the fear of those forms and contracts absolutely quenched my motivation.

If I had been introduced to Real Estate Options at that time I have no doubt my life would have been much better years earlier. You’ve probably seen some Real Estate contracts before; how intimidating they look and all the jargon that no one really fully understands unless they’ve been in Real Estate sometime.

The fact that an Option contract is a one page document is probably the second best part of Real Estate Options for me, the first being how powerful they are in controlling Real Estate. If you have never seen an Option contract and have no Real Estate investing experience, you’ll probably have to spend about 30-45 minutes or so to fully understand it. I am still using the same Option contract I was using when I started over 16 years ago. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. The ease of understanding the Option contract will take all the fear of the legal jargon and toss it right out the window.

You’ll experience the power of the Option contract and its simplicity which will catapult you as a beginner into the wonderful world of Real Estate. As a seasoned investor it will open news doors of opportunity.

As I said earlier, I have been investing in Real Estate for over 16 years. I began using owner financing because I had no money. My first deal netted me over $35,000.00 in a cash out where I stilled owned the triplex with the tenants paying back the mortgage and with a great positive cash flow. I used that 35K to begin my career in Real Estate through more owner financing and leveraging the money to buy as many properties as I could in a very short time. Within 12 months I had acquired 18 properties.

I have owned as many as 32 rental properties.

Through the years I have invested tens of thousands of dollars on my Creative Real Estate education in many parts of the country.

I have sat under many Trainers and read many Authors to acquire the skills and learn the techniques that have served me so well.

Shortly after starting investing in Real Estate I began teaching the techniques I’d learned to others through 1 to 3 day workshops.

I have taught creative real estate investing for about 14 years now.

I have even taught some creative real estate investing at our local community college

I have even done Real Estate trainings over the phone

I have made over $29,000 at one time within 6 days

And never took title to the property

I continue to buy and hold Real Estate in my own portfolio

I continue to use Real Estate Options to control Real Estate and make thousands of dollars on properties that I never own.

I have wrote and published an Owner Financing book that I sell here on EBay.
