Never hire **** *** Scott ******** came did a diagnostic of what is wrong with the heater he said it was the circuit board payed him money to order the part never ordered it and never came and fixed anything just excuses after excuses ***** later never got my money back had a company come do a diagnostic Scott's diagnostic was wrong all Scott did was mess around with the wires.

This company was hired to repair our electric furnace. Their Serviceman arrived *** ******* to replace a part called a sequencer in the furnace. ** ******* **** ********* *** did not observe the repair. Payment was then made through etransfer as requested. We trusted this person to carry out the necessary repairs, however, we continued to have the same issue for the next several days. After again contacting Winnipeg Gas pro, the same person stated it had been repaired, but the sequencer might need to be replaced again for further cost. We declined this offer, ** ** *** ******** **** *** ** ******* ** *** ******* ** *** ********** ***** We then contacted another heating company, who then confirmed that ********** nothing had been repaired or replaced. We paid again for the same repair, *** **** **** ** * **** ****** ********* We have contacted Winnipeg Gas pro, and requested some or all reimbursement *** ********** ******** ** ********* we did not hear back. **** ******** *** *** ***** ****** *** ** ***** ** ******* *** **** ** ******* ** *** ********

We were in urgent need of service. Our furnace wasn't heating. I called this company and 30 minutes later he was here, as promised. The gas valve on our furnace needed to be replaced and he was quick to assess the need, to procure the part and install it. Great service and very friendly and polite. We would certainly do business with this company again. 5 stars!!

Scott was hired to install a new furnace and air conditioner. It took him days to show up and he kept demanding more money to finish the job. ******* ******* *** ************ ***** ******** **** ** **** *** *** ******* *** ** ** ********** ********* *** ****** **** * ****** ** **** *** **** ********** The evening that he turned the furnace on for the first time our carbon monoxide detectors went off. Writing a review based from our parents experience. My dad had about 5 quotes on getting a new electric furnace and air conditioning unit. Scott gave our parents the best deal, so my dad went with Scott. Scott never showed up when he was supposed too. Told my dad it would be two days to put in and it ended up at least 1 1/2 months and is still not completed. He doesn't respond to phone calls or texts and when he does and says I will be there tomorrow, and never shows up. Kept telling my dad parts were not in and then they would be in and then he would change his story too I am not feeling well, I have been in an accident and etc. He texted my dad on Wednesday Sept 20th and said he can't fix the problem till next spring. Winter is soon here and it won't be fixed till next spring? ** *** *** **** ******* ** ** **** ******** It has caused lots of stress and anxiety on our parents. ** **** ********* ** ******* ** *** ******** Scott got his money before he was done,( that was a mistake) and he didn't finish the job.

Completely UNRELIABLE! I hired Scott to install a new boiler. Waited 3 weeks for him to commit to a day. He committed and promised he would be there everyday for 4 DAYS STRAIGHT.... then I never heard from him again. Wasted my time and displaced several other contractors as a result. Very frustrating.
