            We booked a cleaning for our apartment on 8/30/21, and based on multiple contacts with this business, expected 2-3 cleaners would be onsite working for about 3 hours to fully and completely clean the apartment, which was in reasonably clean condition and needed wet dusting of all surfaces and a thorough mopping. The business quoted $200 plus tax for this service, being about $25 per hour per cleaner, which is reasonable. On the day of the cleaning, only one cleaner showed up. We had already prepared and cleared the surfaces for dusting to make it easier. I did not feel 1 person could complete this job properly in a few hours, and called the business to complain. I was told the cleaner would remain onsite and clean until everything was to our satisfaction. A couple hours later, the cleaner needed to leave and rushed to finish the job, leaving many of the surfaces unclean. We requested a partial refund and were denied. They offered a discount on the next service which we don't want.

            Not even 2 hours of cleaning and into every drawer and cupboard when all I needed was floors vacuuming and windexing. Not what they advertise . Hardwood floors left sopping wet. No exit inspection as they advertise. 300 dollars down the drain and no refund . Billed for 2 1-2 baths when I have only 2 small bathrooms. Only offer was to come back again and no thanks!! Worst company I have ever had. They advertise that they don't charge by the hour but when the job is done. All baloney.
