We signed a contract with this company on 1/12/2021 for synthetic grass, flag stone, pavers and 2 pergolas. They installed the pavers and synthetic grass in 2/2021. We were very happy with the service. We were told the pergolas would *********** weeks. Covid started in March 2021. The pergolas would be delayed longer. Every time I called (they never reached out to me) they had a reason for further delays. 1 pergola was delivered 8/2021 and has been sitting in pieces in my backyard ever since. 1/2022 we were told by the owner that they returned the pergola money for all other customers except us because part of our order was delivered. Production should start up again in Feb/March. We would call every few weeks to check. In August 2022 I was told the rest of our order was received and we should have installation in 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks we were told we were 3rd in line for installation. Now the owner is not returning our calls. The last call we made was 9/14/2022. Today is 9/16 and we have not received a call back. After 21 months we don't have our pergolas and no communication from the company.
