              I ordered CBD patches from this retailer. After I put the patch on I looked at the packet that the patch came in and it showed an expiration date of of March 2022. These patches would be over a year Beyond their expiration date. So when asked to submit a review for my experience I submitted the review regarding the expired patches that I just received less than a week ago via the order that I placed with this business. When the business responded to my survey and how dissatisfied I was with that particular product and that it was expired they responded that these patches never expire that is why the expiration date is marked out I'm no expert but if a package comes with an expiration date on it then that must mean it does expire so I submitted a response back to the retailer regarding how I felt about their response they sent me a very rude response that I feel is Unbecoming of not only a person but especially a business that I just paid $35 to order their product to support their business. After their response I knew that I was not going to get any type of recourse with this business that they just are that unprofessional and they don't care. I should have read some of the Google reviews before I ordered from this company. We live and we learn! If you need the email exchange I will gladly send that information to you.

              The owner was verbally combative the moment we asked a question. He said the question was f*ing stupid and if we’ve never seen a plant what were we doing there. He verbally assaulted my friend and I as we asked what his issue was and ask why he had to be rude about a simple question and he stood up and was in inch away for being physical with us. We left as soon as he said a racial slur to my friend, calling her the N word multiple times and saying “do something about it” when she asked what he said. I’ve never been so shocked by another persons behavior, if he treats 2 random women and potential customers so abusively I’d hate to see how he treats other women in his life. I feel sorry for them.

              This review is irrelevant to us as we sell CBD. We don’t sell plants in the boulder store and this person didn’t shop with us in boulder. They asked if house plants were infused with CBD and we asked if they were being serious and they said yes. So of course we questioned their ability to function in reality.

              Their response to this complaint is that they don’t sell plants at the Boulder store (I didn’t say it was the Boulder location) and then admit we were there and claimed he responded with a “yes” that’s a flat out lie. He never responded with an answer to the question. His response was “Have you never seen a plant before?” And “That’s a stupid ******* question.” That was his response before verbally assaulting us and using racial slurs.
