Do not deal with these people Project arranged on Sept. 19 and was scheduled for the beginning of October. They had a 5 week delay in getting materials - understandable, but then they postponed the project again late the night before delivery and rescheduled for Oct. 28. The week of Oct. 21, ***** confirmed that the project was on track. They DID NOT SHOW UP on the 28th and did not contact me about any changes. Nor would they return calls or answer the office phone Terrible experience. Disappointing because they were highly recommended. ******************

Our initial paperwork was started with an inspection on 8/28/23. The customer was doing an insurance claim and did not provide the insurance paperwork at the time of the inspection. We did not get the insurance approval from the customer until on or around 9/25/23. Afterward, the materials were ordered from Elite Roofing Supplies. We are having material shortages and the customer was informed that they were back-dated on deliveries. It was originally told to us by the supplier that the materials would be delivered on 10/28/23. We informed the customer of the tentative load date given to us. A few days before it was supposed to load we were emailed by the supplier and informed this delivery wasn't going to be available until 11/28/23 due to shortages. November 28th came and our shipment did not show up so the General Manager emailed and called them again to find out where our supplies were. We were informed they will finally be delivered to the job site 12/04/23. The Customer was called and informed and given the new date via voice message. All delays are beyond our control as it states in the contract.
