            Absolutely terrible company! They gave me a bid for a project, in which I confirmed the exact details numerous times. They confirmed and agreed to everything and we set an install date. They told me to have my hot tub filled before they came to install, which I did. Upon arriving, they doubled the price of the project, although all the details remained exactly the same. They are now backing out unless I pay double, forcing me to do hours of work draining and winterizing my hot tub in order to prevent damage. ******* also said that his fixed price bid (said to be all-inclusive) is actually not fixed-price, and they would charge by the hour and material costs, which ******* says he did not consider when he gave his bid. They are completely dishonest and misleading. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

            ****** you were not honest about the scope of work, or you were misled, and i apologize for that, I gave tou a number of what I thought it could take, given your comments, my business partner went out to assess the situation and it was much different than thought, I told you we could still do the job, we would just have to charge time and material so nobody loses, everyone comes our with out heads above water..what I think is unethical is you trying to force us to lose money on a project without trying to even understand out points and or side...im sorry you feel like you didn't get the service you needed, but im also allowed to turn down work that I think is going to hurt me or my employee's, does not not sound reasonable.
