On 06/03/21 I was charged $250.00 for a service that I was told would be $80.00 by owner. Additionally, the woman that completed my service told me the charge was $80.00. Natalie was mad because I rescheduled my appointment twice. The first time was a few days in advance so according to THEM a fee would not apply. Nobody mentioned a fee when I rescheduled? The second time the person on the phone mentioned a fee but said if I came in for the service I would not be charged. I was shocked when Natalie who appeared to flip a switch in her nice professional demeanor to a horrible, lying, monster, began arguing with me and going back on our agreement. She can have her fee for the appointment I rescheduled within 24 hours but the other one is just stealing from me. The lady who did my treatment told me $80.00 and Natalie told me $80.00 for the treatment. I feel like I was robbed at gunpoint. Natalie can have her $130.00 but she owes me $120.00. Do the right thing Natalie!!!!!

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/06/07) */ Contact Name and Title: Natalie S. - Owner Contact Phone: 239-936-7546 Contact Email: *********@yahoo.com Hello! In regards to your comment, the amount that was paid for your service on June 3, 2021 included your treatment and both of the cancellation fees, which are $50 each. Our cancellation policy is stated on your signed Patient Medical History and states that an appointment needs to be rescheduled within 48 hours. When you checked out for your services, you were aware of the fees being charged. Also, we have already reached out to you in regards to this situation and have tried rectifying this for you, since you were unhappy, to offer you additional treatments! Additionally, we also honored the Groupon price for you in office for the treatment that you received as well. Please let us know if you would like to proceed with this. Thank you! Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/06/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) ******* did not offer me the Groupon price for the service. That is a lie. $150.00 is not the Groupon price for a laser skin tightening treatment. ******* should stop telling customers not to purchase Groupon's and she will honor them with a screen shot on your phone because she doesn't do it. Also, does Groupon know she does this?? Also, I rescheduled one of my appt's days in advance and it is not subject to a fee The only reason ******* charged me this crazy $250 fee for one skin tightening service is I refused to go back in her office where she takes her victims ( to use extreme pressure on to buy more services) so there are no witnesses to her little deals she makes that she goes back on regularly according to Google, Facebook & Yelp. She has offered me 2 skin tightening treatments which she calls "complimentary" but I paid for them in the $250 I gave her IF I rescind this complaint. I considered it but now it seems ******* just received the dispute on the payment from my bank on the $250 and my bank has credited me the $170 she stole from me while they investigate. Based on the fact that *******'s office told me I would not be charged a reschedule fee and based on the fact that the woman who completed my service told me that ******* would honor the $80 fee for the service - I want to keep my $170.00 that my bank has credited me. As long as ******* can leave it at that then I will take down my very truthful negative reviews on social media which her staff has asked me to do per her request. I have also asked for terms (like her offer of 2 more skin tightening treatments) from ******* in writing and I asked to communicate with her office via email which they cannot seem to do. Probably because everything would then be documented. I find it funny that in the first voice mail *******'s office left for me after this incident they told me that "******* looked at the wrong screen" when she over charged me. Now I have 2 subsequent voicemails one from Kendal and one from Ali where the story is different. SHADY SHADY SHADY. If *******'s mouth is moving she is lying. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/06/21) */ Please see attached screenshot from Groupon, showing that 1x Laser Skin Tightening Session from *******'s Skin Solutions is $152. *******'s Skin Solutions has offered 2x Laser Skin Tightening treatments to Ms. ******** because we would love to resolve any misinterpretations throughout this state of affairs. Ms. ******** confirmed she would like to come back in to have the skin tightening procedure and scheduled her appointment for June 21st, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Ms. ******** did not show up for her appointment and did not call to cancel in advance. Ms. ******** also pre-scheduled her 2nd Skin Tightening treatment that was offered to her for Monday, June 28th, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. *******'s Skin Solutions has attempted to reconcile this issue multiple times in which Ms. ******** agreed she no longer had any dispute but then again, did not show for her scheduled appointment for today which she requested. As for the previous cancelation fees, on 05/06/2021, Ms. ******** cancelled her appointment within 24 hours and on 05/11/2021, cancelled her appointment the same day as it was scheduled. Both of these instances were documented in the client's file and on the phone call records. As stated before, Ms. ******** acknowledged and signed the 48-hour Cancellation Notice. Also, there is no need for anyone from *******'s Skin Solutions to hide anything throughout this process, we all have just been trying to accommodate Ms. ******** but if Ms. ******** does not have any willingness to participate in said accommodations, there is nothing more we can do. Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2021/06/30) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Only one of my RESCHEDULED appointments was within the 48 hour time frame. I was told by the woman on the phone the 2nd time I rescheduled that no fee for the rescheduling would be charged AND there was no mention of it whatsoever in the first rescheduling BECAUSE IT WAS MORE THAN 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. I most certainly would not have shown up to pay $250.00 for an $80.00 service. *******, I think you actually believe your lies. SAD. WHY WOULD ANYONE COME IN TO PAY THAT KIND OF MONEY??? Give me a break. Also, your office called me the day before my appointment saying they received notification that my bank was disputing the $250 charge and had reversed $170 of the payment and she wanted to discuss it prior to my appointment. I did not call back because undocumented 'discussions'with you and your staff are worthless and I had been refunded my money. Also, any 2nd grader could look online at your Groupons and see that the prices you offer change almost daily. This is all part of the deception and bait and switch tactics you love so much. Based on what I had already paid you, my particular Groupon, the conversation you and I had privately, what your staff acknowledged over the phone and IN PERSON IMMEDIATELY BEFORE MY SERVICE OR I WOULD HAVE WALKED OUT THEN.... the price was $80. Your reviews online back up this unethical, dishonest, used car salesmen, high pressure approach that you have been subjecting people to since you opened. Oh by the way, you do have nasty cigarette breath and should really work on that. You denied this in a reply to another negative review saying you don't smoke. More lying. Whatever serves you at the moment is what you or your staff will say. I want to keep my $170. If that is going to be a problem for you then this dispute will remain unresolved as far as I'm concerned.I couldn't even read this response of yours until today because this has been such a shocking nightmare to be treated this way by you and your office. Lies, lies, lies. Consumer Response /* (3000, 14, 2021/07/01) */ ***Document Attached*** This is the Groupon I used when I negotiated a purchase of 3 Laser Skin Tightening treatments with *******. Business Response /* (4000, 16, 2021/07/02) */ After being in contact with Groupon through our Merchant Center, it shows that Ms. ******** has never purchased anything through Groupon and also, further looking into Ms. Thompsons chart, there is no information in regards to honoring a Groupon for Laser Skin Tightening or showing that this Groupon was brought up during the initial consultation. There is also no date shown on that screenshot Ms. ******** has provided. The initial consultation with Ms. ******** was on 04/16/2021. Can a date please be provided of the screenshot that was taken? Also, unfortunately, the argument is still invalid....if Ms. ******** wanted to pay $80 for a Laser Skin Tightening Session, she should have paid (per her screenshot) $240 for 3x Laser Skin Tightening Sessions...instead she paid $150 (per the screenshot we provided from Groupon) for ONE Laser Skin Tightening Session AND we offered Ms. ******** TWO complimentary Laser Skin Tightening Sessions to rectify this situation....so Ms. ******** should have received THREE Laser Skin Tightening Sessions for $150 but Ms. ******** did not show for either of the complimentary sessions. Again, we cannot fix a situation if the customer does not want it to be fixed! Consumer Response /* (4200, 18, 2021/07/12) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) ******* and her staff tell you to take a screen shot of the Groupon to show them and they will honor it. 'Honor' and '*******' don't belong in the same universe let alone the same sentence. She has played this game long enough to know its her word against mine. Trust me I have better things to do than spend my time here arguing with a criminal. Hopefully, this saves someone out there from the nightmare I experienced with her. Karma, *******, KARMA. OH, and mouthwash and gum!! What a pathetic representation of a female operated business.I look forward to it all catching up with you *******. Business Response /* (4000, 20, 2021/07/13) */ Hi! It does seem like you have the time of day to keep responding on here instead of accepting the two complimentary laser skin tightening sessions we have already offered you. Instead of actually looking at the facts of this situation, you are unfortunately blinded by hate and lies. I will say it again, if Ms. ******** does not have any willingness to participate in said accommodations, there is nothing more we can do. Thank you! :)
