Northwest Dental Center Corp is a horrible dental practice. I scheduled an appointment for my elderly mother in September 2022 for new dentures and it is currently January ****, with payments of $1200 made and no dentures. The establishment states on ****** that they are open seven days a week from ****pm. They have two phone numbers listed and at any given time that I have called no one answered, the phone has been disconnected on more than one occasion, the business was not open during their posted hours on ****** and the business door, they claim that they will call you back and never returned any of my calls. I have family members at the office and speaking to other customers who are experiencing issues with this business. Northwest Dental Center Corp or **** schedule appointments and no one shows up. People are showing up to a business that is closed when they are supposed to be opened to service the community with no notification. This is a disgrace and nothing but a scam. I am seeking a refund and justice for my mom and anyone else who may be experiencing any of these issues. I will also be contacting the local police department to file a complaint.
