This company is an absolute nightmare to work with. They didn't meet a single deadline, failed to show up on the date of installation, dragged their feet when issuing a discount, failed to honor a discount on multiple invoices, and failed to take accountability during the process assuring me that "that's just how this business works" and "well other companies are worse than us."I reached out to the company in July 2023. They said the windows would arrive on 20 September. After hearing nothing on the 20th, I reached out on 26 September only to be told "we can't control when they get delivered, they will arrive on 25 October." Installation date was scheduled to start on 1 November between ****am. I call at 10am on the 1st and get told "the installer was sick and couldn't make it." Based on a series of replies to 1 star reviews, BNT will likely say that these are unforeseen circumstances. While I understand that occasionally scheduling problems happen, this does not negate the complete lack of customer service and failure to take accountability on their part. Additional issues: BNT didn't show up on the morning of the final inspection. After failing to replace a screen that was broken during installation, they said "we cannot authorize you to withhold payment based on minor issues." Keep in mind that this company cannot authorize or not authorize you to do anything. If they don't complete the job, don't pay. That's what a contract is for.It truly takes a team effort to be this awful at customer service. If you have a smaller house or townhome I would avoid this company entirely as they genuinely do not care. If you have a large house, and really think BNT is the right company for you, I would work discounts into the contract ahead of time based on potential missed deadlines, no shows etc. Whatever type of house you have, I am sure there are much better companies out there as selling impact windows in ******* is a very competitive business.
