Transaction date: May 6, 2022 Transaction Amount: $125.00 This company is refusing to provide the receipt for the service and charged twice for same transaction on my teenage son credit card. My teenage son used this company thru our insurance company ********** on May 2, 2022 due to a tire issue. On May 6, 2022, my son was t-boned and since was not his fault, he contacted this company again and paid out of pocket (his own credit card). This company double billed his credit card on May 9 and on May 10. I contacted the town company for a receipt. Nicholas refused to provide a receipt. Nicholas confirmed that the service on May 2,2022 was paid for the insurance company and could not provide the receipt (That is fine since we can get it from **********). That is not the receipt that I am looking for, I want the receipt for the service on Friday, May 6, 2022 (paid for my teenage son with his credit card) Also, he told me that they never charge the credit card, however there are two transactions for $125.00 each on my son's credit card. I want the receipt for the transaction and the refund for the extra charge.
