Our home was damaged by a Tornado March 26, 2021. We we got into a contract with Archer Restoration based on a recommendation of a consultant company we hired to help us called Strategic Claim Consultant on May 4, 2021. The home was to be restored from its damage based on the details in the contract. They agreed on the price that the insurance would pay and was stated in the contract. The contract stated one-third at signing for materials, one-third when work was half way completed, final amount when work was completed. They have been paid to date $26,057.13. No repairs have been done to our home at all. They dropped us by text on February 23, 2022 stating they could not finish the work with the monies we had left and to go back to the consultants and find someone else to do the job. When I asked for a refund for the work that was never started or completed. I was told by chief operator of the company ******************* through a telephone call that all work was approved by the consultant company and the insurance company. I would like for you all to help me get a refund so that i can add that money to what we still have left to find a contractor to restore our home. It has been over 13 months.
