      Placed an order on 2/6. When I ordered I was told it would ship 2/14, then I was told it would ship 3/4, then 3/11, then 3/20, and just got an email saying it will ship in two more months on 5/17. Completely ridiculous.

      I ordered a small k*** for a heater and after ordering, I was advised that it was on backorder from the manufacturer. It finally arrived six weeks later and the part did not fit my heater, I paid $6.99 for them to ship this k*** which is the size of a quarter. When I telephoned and requested to return the ****, I was told I had to wait for an email. I received the email stating that the return label would cost $23. Unbelievable for a k*** the size of a quarter! The worst company ever!Many of their parts listings state Free Shipping. When you click on the item, it then states eligible for free shipping. I assume that means if your order total meets a qualifying amount.

      I placed an order on Dec 11 for a wall heater. They advertised Dec 15 delivery for free on ****** and offer a free shipping option on their website. I paid over $80 extra for 3-5 day shipping to get it faster but it isnt here and per the tracking won't be here until Dec 19 which is 9 days! I asked them to refund me the shipping since they shipped it via a no faster shipping method than the free option and I paid for 3-5 day shipping. There is no possible way it would have reached me in 3-5 days ********** shipping from the east coast. They argued they dont control shipping time and stopped communicating with me. Why didnt they ship it via 3-day or Priority mail to get it to me in the 3-5 windows they list? I paid over $80 to ship a 20lbs item!Save your ******************'t pay them for shipping. Who knows if I'll even get what I ordered. Disputed the charges.

This package has been in the carrier's hand showing a delivery date of December 19, 2023. The transit time from Georgia to ****** is 5 business days ground shipping. The receipt date of December 19th, will mark the 5th business days of delivery. Please also take in consideration that all carrier drivers are working around the clock doing the best to deliver your items in a timely manner with the holiday season and weather delays.

      I purchased a set of ***** receptacle and plug, 480V, 5 pin, 4 wires, paid extra for a 3-5 business delivery. I received only the receptacle. I called ************* back, asking to ship the missing plug ASAP. On the next day I received an email saying my item was going to ship one week (exactly 7 days) later. Today is one day after the 7 days. I called to get a tracking number, but I am being informed that the item hasn't shipped and will ship in 4 business days from today, and they can't even expedite the order.

      I hate to pile on the negative reviews, but this is of course why the BBB exists - to educate future customers (not that we ever usually check with the BBB *first*).Here in 2023 ************* still has not improved whatsoever on their business of fulfilling orders, being HONEST with their customers. Not sure how they're staying in business. They need to disclose that products ARE NOT IN THEIR INVENTORY, which nowadays is critical to small businesses. BOTTOM LINE - Don't believe CEO ******************* claim that one of their Core Competencies is "Availability" - it isn't, not by a long shot.

      I also wish I wouldve checked the Better Business Bureau. Theyre crooks and they are way off on their shipping. I paid for 6 to 9 business days. And here I am on the eighth business day from my order and my order has not even been processed. They wanted me to pay $152 for one to two business day shipping. Do not use this company. They are nothing but scam, artist, and crooks.

      SO sorry i didn't check BBB before shopping here! they advertise sending everything the same day as ordered, and i paid for a level of delivery that promises delivery in 6-9 business days. lo and behold, 11 days (8 business days) after placing the order, i got the email telling me that the shipping label has been created in preparation for shipping the item to me. my questioning the delivery time was met with these snarky words: "It looks like you paid for 6-9 business day shipping, so hopefully it will be there in 6-9 business days." COMPLETE mistake buying from this seller.

      I bought a bathroom heater from them in February 2021. They represented that they ship in about 14 days. After a month, elapsed without the heater, I contacted them. for the first time, I learned that this product was "on backorder" a term that I would see frequently with them. About a month later I received the heater. Our electrician tried to install it. Again, for the first time we learned that we need a thermostat for the heater. Wasted electrician visit (not free). The thermostat was order but didn't arrive. I learned that this was also "on backorder" again for the first time. It still did not come. Then I learned that it was "on backorder" a second time and was due in July 2021! Started this in February 2021, 6 months before! Called homelectrical to see if they had another compatible thermostat in stock, and was told that they did. It arrived. It was Not compatible! Another wasted electrician visit. Returned it and got a compatible thermostat. For he first time, we were able to turn on the heater. It was August 2021 now. It did not work!. I arranged to return the thermostat and heater. homelectrical charged me $28 plus change because I did not return it within 30 days!!! They claimed it was returned under their warranty so I had to pay for shipping. Finally received the new heater and thermostat. Now it is November 2021! Electrician returned and installed heater and thermostat and it worked. Yay. It took only 9 months and cost a fortune because my electrician does not work free. He has a family to support. Homelectrical kept telling me how sorry they were, but never offered to pay the electrician for his time they wasted, nor for shipping after they delayed so much that I couldn't possibly return the defective merchandise within 30 days. I asked several times to speak with management. No dice. Finally customer service said that an owner would call me the next day. Never happened. Instead I received an email from a supervisor with the same lip service about how sorry they were and that the merchandise was returned under the warranty, after 30 days. I learned: Never, under any circumstance do business from homelectrical! They made a profit of about 60% on my order and were totally unwilling to do anything constructive about the problems they created. Never do business with homelectrical!!

Upon reviewing your order, the item you ordered is a 14+ days shipping process per our website. Unfortunately, Stelpro experienced a delay in their shipment, therefore, effected our inventory. The $28.49 fee you were charged was for shipping, not the replacement units. The units were 100% under warranty. Per our policy, we will take care of your warranty but we do not cover any cost associated to shipping. I completely understand your frustration and do apologize for the inconvenience this all may have caused. I would like to take care of this matter by refunding you $28.49. I hope you can give us another chance to make it right. I am glad to hear the replacement is working properly as we are approaching a cold season.

      Awful customer service.Ordered screwdrivers for new job traveling one month before job started and did not recieve screwdrivers but did recieve 30 emails about not having in stock so wrote back "return money or send screwdrivers 30 times and they still dont get the message.I thik I must be getting communications from 3 differnet parties or computer generated not sure.Not worth the hassle use another company

      Absolutely laughable . If youre ordering with them..Cancel. They have the worst service. Right down to the explanations I was getting. I ordered 6 ufo high bay lights. The website said back ordered a week. Well it took a month. Then it came in incorrect. The first sales gal said it was at their other warehouse and was delayed. I asked if it could be direct shipped from there as that would seem to make sense. Then another gal tells me to disregard the last email and that its coming from china and delayed. Then I call and a gal tells me the order is delayed further due to the Suez canal issue in "FLORIDA" lmao! Really? Their product was a month behind and they wouldnt expedite shipping to make up for it? Then to top it off the diffuser was not correct?! Their site links the light and diffuser together when you purchase. A Month later of delays didnt bother to figure out the difuser and light dont work together even though the site links them as purchase.. Save the hassle and lost time. Go elsewhere. These guys hove no idea what they are doing and are a joke. Do not to go through the hassle of using Home Electrical as it is not worth it. I could have had my lights done by now going elsewhere. Lesson learned.
