The owner and staff members are very customer service friendly. They went the extra mile asking me during and after the job was done was I satisfied. Because there is a lot nails disperse during the roofing, they ensure a proper clean up was performed. Overall, they did an outstanding job on my roof. I would recommend them to any customer searching for customer service oriented business.

I interviewed about a dozen roofing contractors. Just by happen stance, Chuck ended up being the last one I contacted. He was the only one that was not trying to upsell me on services and gave me options that didn't seem like they existed. In addition to a new roof, I wanted facia and soffit installed where there has been none since this house was built in the 50s. I am very particular with how I expect things to be done and like to ask questions so that I fully understand everything. Chuck got me the right price and answered all my questions. His team did a superb job at transforming this old house that was once my grandfather's. This house means everything to me and Chuck and his team brought it back to life in a way I didn't fully see. Work was also completed on time and the crew on site worked some long days to get this completed on time.
