I recently had a home under contract by a client of an Agent representing the Clareo ************ During this time, the Agent's extreme unprofessionalism reflected poorly upon her character and the Clareo ************ The Agent demonstrated a lack of respect for her broker, client, clients lender and colleagues. The Agent flaunts a deep understanding of the business, yet her lack of experience is reflected, she is the Realtor she forewarns one of.The Agent states the moto at the Clareo *********** is those with the highest offer also come with the greatest ask! This is literally on our conference room dry erase board she states. Yet, this Agent came in with the highest offer and certainly followed through with asking/begging the seller to reject other offers, pleading using extreme emotions of crying to accept her clients offer. The Agent goes on to state I am going against my brokers advise, in which she calls a weiner, offering additional incentives/bribes. One example, Agent offered seller, off record stating Also, are yall Braves fans like us?!? Please say yes! (the buyer) wanted me to be sure to add that we are proud season tickets holders with the BEST seats in all of Truist for catching balls!" She goes on to offer up two tickets at any home game of sellers choose this season. This offer and several others were not accepted by me, the seller.Disclosing clients underlying mental health conditions. Calling her clients Lender an A$$hat.Tracking down the sellers phone number and stating via text I hope you dont mind that I tracked down your digits, Also, youre never getting rid of me so I hope you know that.All in all, this was a VERY unprofessional experience, with a specific at the Clareo ***********, to say the least. I would highly suggest looking for representation elsewhere.
