CGS WATERPROOFING, came to install a drain in front of the door of my garage. When it rains heavy, water sips only near the right corner and inside corner wall of my garage. The company CGS came, to do the job on 06/03/2022. I called the office on 06/08/2022, because it rain on 06/07/2022 and I submitted pictures showing CGS there was a problem with the work. CGS had a project manager came to my house to review the job. The Project Manager, came on 06/11/2022. He look at the job and told me the job wasn't done correctly. The drain should have been installed closer to the right corner to keep water from entering inside the garage. I called the project manager by the name of *********************************** within a week and a half. I left a voice-mail message and no response. As of today-08/11/2022, no phone call, email or letters from CGS. This is not about the money. The fact that the company disregard any of my concerns really infuriated me. I have never done this before. I'm hoping this incident can help this company approve on their customers.
