I have had a few purchases for silver bullion from Money Metals Exchange. Depending on how you pay for your product and once the payment clears, your items are either shipped that day or the next business day. I am on the same coast so once shipped, I receive my product in 2 business days. Online ordering is streamlined, but if you want to talk to a person, they are very helpful.My most recent order was for silver American Eagles. There was a situation that I needed customer service with. I communicated via e-mail with ******** in shipping. After a few e-mails, my situation was satisfactorily taken care of and I received beautiful replacement Eagles.If the have the product I am looking for, I go to MME first.Money Metals Exchange, LLC Response

I just had my first experience with MME. **** bought 20 standing liberty silver coins. I was a little apprehensive about the mechanics of the purchase, when and how I paid, when the money would clear, when product would ship, etc. etc. I emailed them a couple times and they were very supportive. Coins finally arrived as they promised roughly 2 weeks from order placement online to receipt at my house. I was very happy with the product as well.Money Metals Exchange, LLC Response

I have been using MME for both buying and selling metals for several months. At first I was not sure but they have continually demonstrated a high lever of professionalism with my orders. I have not now nor will I ever trade with these folks. My complaint is with their ads which are repeatedly featuring ***** coins. Today I deleted 16 ads of this sort with over 40 yesterday. The man is a criminal, an obscene creature with no redeeming value, and I resent having to see his likeness in my mail. The way to stop receiving email is to unsubscribe. There is an option to do that at the bottom of every email we send. Given the exaggeration in regards to the number of emails received and the antagonism, we suspect this review is more about finding an opportunity to complain than finding the simple solution for getting off of our email list (which people have to opt into in the first place).Review from Steve M

The client's payment was posted on 3/21/2024. It cleared yesterday - 3/28/24 - which was five business days after receipt. The order is being shipped today. This is exactly what was communicated to the client and, we think, it represents prompt service. We are sorry the client is not pleased.Review from Greg D
