I was told a tax planning, amending of 2022 tax return and filing of 2023 tax plan was $11,300. It was a lot but I was willing to make the investment in my business. I gave *********************************** a payment plan. After the first tax planning meeting which we only discussed 2022 amendment and 2023 filing I decided to part ways for a cheaper service due to debt I needed to pay off. The ************ refuses to refund me at least half of my service and claims that the one 1 hour meeting is $**** worth of work they have given. This is false. I tried to cancel and brought up concerns for pricing 3 different phone calls in which ***** kept trying to convince me that the return will be large. That was not the problem for me the problem was the cost to pay for the service. I also emailed to cancel and **** writes 2 emails trying to convince me as well.I just want the service completed , either file the amended 2022 Tax return and be done or return the monies for a service not complete. It was only a 1 hour call that should not be ********************************************* understand what the 1 hour constitutes for especially if the service is unlimited meetings, amended a tax return and filing a 2023 tax return in which nothing has occurred. They could have at least processed my amended 2022 tax return but they plan not to within that **** service. I had my first meeting January 18, made a deposit December 22nd and decided to cancel in email form Jan 22. It has only been 4 days. I have attached the service. I have attached what is stated in the contract signed.
